Chapter 3

~Jin-young's POV~

I wrapped my hand around the door handle, and pulled on it. I stepped inside to be greeted by a "Welcome to Shin-Wa Library.." I looked up thinking it would be Ms.Kim, but much to my surprise it wasn't her. It was.. Eun-Mi? What was she doing here? ...so much for not having people from school find out I come here every day. I noticed she put her head down whenever she saw it was me who walked inside, "Hey" I said as I made my way towards her. "H-Hi" She whispered back to me, I noticed that she always stuttered and it was kind of cute. "What are you doing here?" I asked her "I volunteer he-here.. well I just started yesterday.." She raised her head and looked at me. I couldn't help but smile, her cheeks were a light shade of pink.. Oh Jin-young what are you doing?? What are you thinking?!  I shook my head "well.. it was n-nice seeing you again..." I said to her as I started walking towards one of the bookshelves.

A few minutes had gone by of me sorting through some books, when I finally found a book that seemed interesting. I leaned against the shelf, opening the book to a random page. I always liked reading a random page, it let me know a little bit about what I was getting myself in to. I was halfway done with the page I landed on when I spotted Eun-Mi putting away some books on the bookshelf next to me. I tried to continue reading my page... but I just couldn't help but watch Eun-Mi and what she was doing. She looked so calm, and peaceful, I don't think she had noticed that I was watching her. Good, since every time I tried to approach her she would kind of ignore me.

I watched as Eun-Mi struggled to put a book on the very top shelf, I smirked and made my way behind her. I grabbed the book from her hand "here.. let me help" I said and placed it in the top shelf. I felt her turn around and look up at me "y-you didn't have to do that.. I.. I could've done it myself.." She spoke quietly. "Sorry, I was just trying to help" I watched as she walked away from me. Aish.. Why is she like this to me?! 

I walked over to a table and sat down to read my book, making sure I was facing the front counter. I don't know what it was but I wanted to be able to see Eun-Mi, it's not like she was doing anything interesting, right? I put my book up, blocking my view of Eun-Mi, and tried to focus on what I was reading. I couldn't help myself, so I slowly moved my book down enough for me to be able to see Eun-Mi. She looked bored, and I watched as she started to put her hair up in to a ponytail. I smiled to myself and admired her from afar, when I suddenly felt my phone vibrate. It was a text from Chae-Rin why was she so annoying? I was going to kill Jackson... I knew he was the one who gave her my number a while ago, and ever since then, she wouldn't leave me alone.

Chae-Rin: Jinyoungiiiiee, will you go to the movies with me later? Pleasee

Jin-young: No, I can't. I'm busy. Leave me alone Chae-Rin.

Chae-Rin: Why are you always "busy"? AND WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS MEAN TO ME JINYOUNGIE!

Jin-young: Bye Chae-Rin.

I put my phone back in my pocket, and when I looked back up I noticed Eun-Mi was replaced at the front counter by Ms.Kim. Where was she? I looked around and saw that she was walking towards the exit door. I stood up and walked over to Ms.Kim "Oh Jin-young! I didn't know that you were here" Ms.Kim said to me "uh.. yeah... I've been here for a bit.. uhm.. hey Ms.Kim t-that girl Eun-Mi. Where is she going?" I asked her "Oh, she said one of her friends called her over for something. I told her it was fine and that she could go.. why?" She looked at me with a confused look "No reason.." I replied and walked back to my table. For some reason.. I felt weird.. I didn't want Eun-Mi to leave so soon, but I had no idea why.

I was never really a morning person, so going to school was such a pain in the ass. I wasn't too upset over it though, my first class of the day today was Math and to be honest I really liked the subject. I never really "hated" school, I only disliked it because I had to wake up early.
