Y/n POV:

I grab the keys from my purse and open the door.

"Mom! Dad! I'm home!" I shout

"Hey! I'm upstairs!" My mom says.

I go upstairs and put my stuff down in my room.

Ok it's ok y/n you can do this. Just go up to mom and tell her your idea. No no wait first she will want to know what I did this weekend. I should tell her I met a boy but that not he's my boyfriend. At least not yet. Then yes then tell her my idea. And I should sound very happy about y idea although I am. Phew ok ok I can do this. I tell myself.

I walk into my moms room.

"Hi!" I say as I go up to hug her.

"Hi honey! How was your weekend?"

"Great actually!" I begin to explain everything I did... without the boy part.

"Oh that sounded fun!" She said

"Yeah it was! Uh mom.. so you know I'm almost done with high school. And I will be going to college soon. I have an idea I want to talk to you about."

"Oh sure!" She pats a spot on the bed signaling for me to sit next to her.

"So... I was thinking about going to a college in LA. One particular college has amazing programs for me and I think it'll be good. And I could get a scholar ship to help pay.."

"Honey I think that's a great idea! I'll discuss it with your father and research but maybe this could be good for you." She says smiling.

I jump up excited and hug her.
"Thank you!!!!!!!!"

I then run to my room to text Zach.

Y- So I talked to my mom...
Z- what did she say!
Y- She will think about it! She thinks it a good idea! She just has to speak to my dad.
Z-YAYAYAYAYAYAYYAYAYAYAYYAYA this is awesome news!
Y- I know!!!!!!
Z- I miss you already💋
Y-Miss you too💋 I gtg but I'll text you soon.
Z- Bye Baby💕
