Sweat dropped from Michael's face as he ran through each song. Of course, he purposely didn't dance much. He tried his best to prevent his energy from running out. Yet, everyone was still sweating. It wasn't because of moving or singing, it was just an extremely hot day. You were sitting on the side of the stage and sweating.

"Okay, let's take a break," Michael announced.

Everyone sighed.

"It really is hot today, huh?" Sheryl said to you.

"Yes, I'm sitting in one place and drenched," you replied.

"Well, make sure to stay hydrated. Michael always reminds us to drink water in this weather. We don't want any of the staff passing out," she chuckled.

"That's true," you agreed.

"It is baking out here," Michael said, walking over to you.

"Is it usually this hot?" You asked.

"Well, I figured it wouldn't be since it's still morning. I guess I was wrong," he replied.

You nodded and fanned yourself.

"Have you had any water?" He asked you.

"A little, but I'm fine. I'm worried about you! I don't want you to get heat stroke."

"I'm used to being hot on stage. I don't want you to get overheated. Here, drink this."

Michael handed you his bottle of water. You took it and drank a few gulps.

"I know you're just sitting here, but you can still get dehydrated," he said.

"Thanks," you smiled and handed it back to him.

You felt a sudden pain in your head. You scrunched your eyes and held your head.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"I just felt a sharp pain in my head, but it's gone now."

He looked slightly concerned.

"Stay hydrated. I mean it," he pointed at you.

"Yeah, yeah. I will," you smiled.

"You can have this. I'm going to grab another bottle for myself," he said, handing you his water bottle.

You nodded and took it. He kissed your head and ran back on stage. You smiled as he continued to work his magic. Unfortunately, the pain in your head worsened.

Michael looked at you and pointed to the water bottle. You nodded and drank more water.

As the headache escalated, you started to feel incredibly weak. You sat down and put your head on your knees. One of Michael's dancers noticed and got his attention.

"Let's take another break. Drink up, everyone," Michael announced.

Michael ran to you and bent down.

"Y/N? Tell me what's wrong," He said, tilting your head up.

He was shocked to see how sick you looked.
