(Had Jeremy called Michael too late)

"You really are something Jeremy"

Michael had collapsed to the floor, his palms becoming sweaty as he coughed up petals and blood. Everything began to blur.

Michael wanted his mother to be there.
He wanted his friends to be there.
He wanted Jeremy to be there.

He hated Jeremy, yet he loved him so bad; and this was all happening to him because he couldn't help but fall in love for the boy. He fell in love with someone who might never fell the same way.

He hated himself because of that.

Michael reached for his phone and dialed up the hospital, his hand shook as he held the phone againts his ear.

"What's your emergency?"

Michael began to explain his situation the best he could, he gave them the address and cried his eyes out as the person on the other side of the phone kept them company, until the ambulance would arrive.

The door was swung open and Michael dropped his phone in surprise and pain.

He felt his body being picked up and being laid onto a bed, he was then rushed to the outside and into the ambulance.

He could see the blurry figures of his neighbors watch the scene unfold.

Jeremy hesitated to call and when he did, no one answered.

Michael was being rushed to the hospital, and his phone laid on the kitchen floor vibrating.
The contact 'Player One' on screen.

"You need to rethink this over Michael!"
"Rethink what over Mom?! If i don't do this I'll die!"
"I-I just can't deal with you doing this! You do this I won't be able to see you smile again-"

"And if I don't do this you'll probably never see me again!"

Michaels mother stared at the floor, tears picking her eyes. She had been called to the hospital and rushed there as fast as she could. She hoped she could make her son snap out of it. She had already called Jeremy, but he wouldn't pick up, leaving her to leave about three to six voice mails before her phone died.

"Im sorry Mom...I j-just...I have to do this"
"No you Don't! Jeremy is just-"
"Taking his sweet time! Taking his time to mock me and let me be in pain?!"

The mother flinched and backed away a little. She just didn't want to face the fact that her son was going to do this, what hurt her most was that she actually didn't have any say in this. Only Michael, he could decide if he would or wouldn't take the surgery. What angered and worried her more was the hospital was letting him have this sick operation for a free.

Michael didn't want to do this in the bottom of his heart, but what else could he do?
He had a week
A week.

"Michael..."
"Unless Jeremy magically comes here and confesses, nothing is changing my mind."

Michael sat on the hospital bed, refusing to look at his mother. He heard shuffling and then the door of the room open and then slam shut. He thought he was alone until he heard a sad chuckle.

"Im guessing it didn't work..?" Michael looked over to see Elizabeth.
"No..Let me guess? You're gonna try to change my mind too?"
"Ah..No..this is your decision, even if I tried I wouldn't be much help...but are you certain this is what you want Michael?"
"100 percent."
