Part #1

Natalie's P.O.V
It's hard to believe that my dream of finally traveling to LA, let alone staying there for the rest of my academic career has finally come true. I'll be able to let all the things in my past go, and forget about them, I just want to leave my past behind.
Oh crap, I have to go pick up Mia, the flights taking off in...
Oh my god, it's 5:00 I have to go.
I run down the stairs and when I'm going down I jump off the last one and fall on my butt. I get up quickly and run to the kitchen where my mom and dad are.
"Oh my, I can't believe my little girl is leaving" my mom says half crying
"Mommmm"
"What, I'm upset"
"There's no need to be, I'll call and text you every week"
I go over to my dad and give him a big hug, and my mom also, and before I leave the house grabbing my keys my dad yells after me,"have a great time"
I walk out my door and up to my red jeep and get in as quickly as I can. Luckily Mia only lives 5 minutes away and only 2 minutes away from the airport.
When I pull up to Mia's house I honk impatiently, because she's not even outside, like I told her to be when I got there. She runs out of her house and jumps into the passengers side.
When we get to the airport there is a crowd of people and me and Mia push through them hearing yelling from them, while we're trying to get to our flight on time.
The loudspeaker comes on, and in a muffled voice a girl voice says that the flight to LA is taking off in 5 minutes.
Not even waiting I push through the crowd, quickly through the metal detectors, and give the flight attendant my ticket along with Mia's as she dragged along.
As soon as I sit down I feel my eyes close and I relax, falling asleep.
I was having a great dream about meeting the Dolan twins in LA, because they have always made me feel better and smile even in my worst days, until Mia shakes me awake violently and screams in my ear that we've landed.
I slowly get up from my seat and drag my feet off the plane. When we get to the luggage thing, our luggage hasn't gotten there yet so we wait a couple minutes... and a few more minutes... and some more. Then I see this really familiar guy standing across the airport from me, but I couldn't identify who it was. I quickly loose my train of thought when Mia yells that our luggage is there.
"So where exactly is our apartment?"
"I don't know" Mia says. "It might be that one"
She points up to a tall building and I agree and just start walking in.
Our apartment was pre bought by our parents so we just walked up.
"OH. MY. GOSH" Mia screamed jumping up and down.
"Wha... oh my, it's beautiful"
We both walk in and close the door behind us just staring at the apartment and how big it was.
We hear a knock on the door and I open the door to reveal a familiar face, one that I'd thought I would never see.
