Part #6

Natalie's P.O.V
Since I was 14 I have always wanted to be in one of their videos. I want to help people smile even on their worst days. It's been a week since I've been dating Ethan, and it's been wonderful. We do everything together. From hiking, cooking, and binge watching. He really is the best boyfriend and I couldn't ask for anything more. He said I can be in one of videos soon, but also he said he had a surprise for me.
I personally do not like surprises at all, I don't know why. Right now I'm curling my hair and putting it in a ponytail. I'm wearing my light green crop top with just black leggings. Nothing to fancy, and instead of doing my regular makeup I decided to put a wing. It was already 5 and E said he'd pick me up at 5:15. So I had time to watch tv and check my notifications on my phone.
At 5:15... the doorbell rings and I immediately know that it's Ethan. I quickly get off the couch to go answer the door and see Eth standing there with roses.
"Are these for me?" I say flirty
"Yup"
I open the door wider and take the roses to go out then in a vase.
"So... where are we going?"
"Somewhere special"
"Where?" I say starting to get curious
"I can't tell you yet"
And with that being said E grabs my hand and closes the door behind him already knowing that Mias there and will lock it.
We step outside and into his car we're he tells me to put the blindfold on, and I realize I really don't like surprises.
"Do I have toooooooo?"
"Yes"
I sight and put the blindfold on.
20 minutes later...
"We're here Nat"
I take the blindfold off and I'm surprised by what I see. It's a beautiful clear lake with a dock but nobody's here. It seems to be covered by trees, I wonder how he found it. We both step out of the car and to see that he has a little picnic type thing set up.
"This is for you, because your so special to me" E said.
I think I melted inside when he said that. He has treated me like a princess this past week and I can't wait to see how he treats me in the future. He takes out stir fry chicken, and let me tell you... that's my favorite. Before we start eating he pulls out a piece of paper and begins to read:
"You are the most special girl in the world, and I am so glad that I was able to experience this whole week with me. You've made it so special, and I can't thank you enough for it. I know that we haven't known each long, and it may seem that we are going to quickly but I know if you really are into somebody, you'll move at the pace that fits. I'm so glad you came into my life, Nat, I love you"
I could feel my eyes start to well up with tears, as he said the last words. Barely audible, I say, "I love you too" we give each other a kiss and then I hear a branch snap. The whole time we've been here I felt like somebody was watching me, but I wasn't sure.
Ethan's P.O.V
Nat turns her head quickly, as if she heard something, but I didn't. She gets up from we're we're sitting near the lake to look into the trees.
Natalie's P.O.V
Eth was staring at me like I was crazy, and I probably look like it, that sound was faint and I could barely hear it.
"One minute" I say "I'm just gonna go check something, I think I... uh left something in the car"
He nods and I walk to the car and go inside but when his back was turned I went behind it and looked into the trees. I could feel my eyes starting to change to red and my teeth were getting sharper, I was about to loose control, and I didn't want to be near Ethan when it happened.
