It's later on in the week and I am now able to walk without my Crutches.

Brynnley- Lily guess who's here!

Lily- AUNT BRYNNLEY!!! Why are you here?

Brynn- I am living here!

Lily- what happened to your old place

Brynn-I like it here better with you!

Lily- YAY!!

Mom- Lily, I have something to tell you...

Lily- what's wrong?

Mom- I went to the doctors the other day for some tests and they found out I have leukemia. Mine is so severe that they might not have a cure.

Lily- wait... is that why aunt brynn is moving in?

Mom- yes.

Lily- no...no...no... I... you...

Mom- I'm sorry honey there is nothing I can do.

A tear rolls down all of our faces.

I run up in my room and locked myself in.

I run into my bathroom look in the mirror and grab a razor blade.

This is what I deserve...

Why is life treating me this way?!

I ALREADY LOST MY DAD I CANT LOOSE MY MOM!

I press the blade into my skin and drag it along my wrist.

All the blood starts to fall onto my tile floor and I just sit there crying.

*Flashback*

I'm in the hospital since my dad got really sick. He visited another country and got an infection.

We are in the waiting room because my dad had to go into surgery.

One hour.

Two hours.

Three hours pass.

Doctor- hello you must be the Gundarbasen family...

Mom- is he ok?

Doctor- I'm sorry but we tried everything we could.

*back to now*

Brynn- Lily... are you alright?

Lily- Yes I'm just taking a warm bath!

Brynn- ok I'll leave you alone.

Yeah right I just found out that my mom doesn't have much time to live.

I clean the blood off my floor and clean myself up so then my Family doesn't know what I have been up to.

I slip into something comfortable and head downstairs to make a snack.

Mom- I have to head to the hospital tomorrow and I won't be able to leave until they cure me. So do me a favor. Please keep this house in good shape and promise me no mater what you will have courage and you will be kind to others. You will stay strong for me and I know that I will come back home soon.

Lily- yes mama.

I head up in my room and do my school work.

To take my mind off of things I call Abbe to come over.
