I'm doing this in modern times cuz its almost 5:00 am and I'm tired

It was a nice day and you were out sitting near a lake looking at the water with a small smile on your face. The silence was suddenly broken by your green haired friend and crush. His name was Nico and he had long green hair and wore bandages over his right eye and in other places. "(Y/n)~" he said in a sing song voice as you felt your face heat up in a small blush. "H-hello Nico" you say with a small smile looking up at his as he runs over to you. "How are you?" He said smiling showing his sharp teeth. "I'm fine. How are you?" You ask shyly. "I'm good! Haha I've been wanting to hang out with you because I have something important to tell you." He gets a small blush and looks away not hide it. You giggle softly. "Well what I'd it you need to tell me?" "I'll t-tell you later okay?" He smile and looks at the lake. "I wanna take you somewhere special for it..". You loom at him as he stared out at the lake taking in all his futures. Like how his green locks cup his tan face perfectly and his soft smile his soft looking lips that you could just ki-. "Huh? (Y/n) are you okay you keep staring at me" He giggles. You blush embarrassed from being caught staring "y-yea I-I'm fine hehe" you look away nervously trying to hide your blush. Your hands start to get closer every minute until you are both sitting hand in hand on the grass looking at the water. "(Y-y/n)...I think I'm gonna tell y-you now.." He stutters with a blush squeezing your hand lightly. You blush and repeat his actions squeezing his hand back. "W-what is it N-Nico?" He looks you in the eyes and says in a determined voice. "I-I like you (y/n)...no..I L-love you.." you face erupts in a huge blush as you smile and hug him. "I love you too Nico!" "R-rally?" He was surprised you liked him back as he thought you would reject him and it would ruin your friendship. He smiles widely and pills you into a sweet gentle kiss. Your eyes widen as you realize what's happening. You soon close your eyes and kiss back happy to be with your new boyfriend.
