Chapter Five
9:00 Am
Shakira is still sleeping when her phone rings.
*yawn* "What the-"
she pick up her phone and answer who ever called her.
"What do you want!" she snap not even knowing who called her.
"Ooh, looks like i just woke up the princess."the guy on the other line said.
Shakira realized it was Adam.
"Oh Adam, im sorry. What do you want?" she ask now more calmly. She ran a hand on her messy hair. She felt so tired. Who wouldnt, the past two days some people just come sneaking at her then put some weird,scented hankerchief on her nose.
"Uhm im just checking if your already awake cause if not your gonna be late."
"Late for what?"
"The battle rounds starts today right."
"Oh sh*t. I forgot.. What should i do i dont have something to wear."
"Wait dont panic ill come to your trailer just get ready and ill help you with your clothes."
"Ok." i ended the call and ran straight to the bathroom to take a bath.
When im done. I covered myself with a towel then i realize i didnt bring any clothes.with me.
I went out of the bathroom and opened my closet just beside the bed.
I was looking for my undies when suddenly the door opened.
*Adam's PoV*
I called Shakira to remind her that today is the day the battles would start. Hearing that she's not yet ready i decided to go to her trailer. When i was there i forgot to knock and just come inside.
When i was there i saw her looking at her closet with just a towel covering her body.

"What the- get out Adam. Dont you know how to knock." Shakira said as she throw a pillow at his direction.
Adam dodge it and ran outside. Shakira took some normal clothes and walk towards the bathroom.
*meanwhile outside Shakira's trailer*
Adam was controling his breathing. His face was so hot.
"Haha you should have seen your face Adam. You look stupid." A said while laughing.
"What can i do. I didn't expected that. What would do if you were in my position huh?!" i argued with him.
"Hmm if i were in your position i would have pinned her against the wall the moment i walk in-"
"Shut it pervert. She's mine."
"Oh really. Did she even know you like her. If i know she's in love with me." A said trying to make Adam mad.
"And who told you she like you-" Adam was cut when the trailer door opened.
"Oh im sorry Adam. You can go inside now. Who are you talking to?" Shakira asked looking around if there is someone there.
"No one.. Can i go in now."
"Uh yeah sorry about what happen awhile ago." she said as they go inside her trailer.
"No it's my fault i should have knock first." Adam said looking inside Shakira's closet.
"Hmmm so what do you want to wear?"
"Anything just pick something ,ill wear it."
"Hmmm anything huh. How about this one?" he said showing the outfit she wore for her music video "Gypsy"
"Are you crazy!?" she said as she playfully hit him with a pillow.
"Im just kidding.... Do you wanna wear a dress?"
"Sure."
"How about this?" he said showing a pink plain dress with a black ribbon in the middle.
"Nah too simple."
"Dont you know simplicity is beauty... This one?" he said showing a light blue dress with a black ribbon in the middle and have some simple designs.
"Its cute.... But i like to wear a red or pink dress today to match my lipstick.
"Then this one." he said showing a pink dress with the same design with the blue one.
"Perfect." she said and went to the bathroom to wear the dress.
After a while she went out of the bathroom.
"How do i look?" she ask Adam as she spin around to look if its okay.
"You look perfectly cute." he smiled showing his dimples.
"Well not as cute as your dimples. How about the shoes?"
"I already look for your shoes." he said then gave her a pair of black boots that reaches her knees.
"Thanks."
"Wait ill do your makeup." Adam said as he gets her makeup kit.
"No its ok. Ill do my makeup myself." she said as she tried to get her makeup kit from Adam.
"No its okay. Im really good in cosmetics." he said as he force Shakira to sit in her chair in front of a mirror.
"It- its just im not really comfartable other people touching my face... But its okay if you insist." she said as Adam started putting some makeup on her face.
The tension started to rise between them as Adam put the lipstick on her lips. The way he look at her lips turns Shakira on. Both of them was about to lean in when Adam's phone ring.
They move away awkwardly. Adam check his phone.
"Oh its a text from Carson. He'll be late so that means there's more time..... Did you ate breakfast already?" Adam asked her.
"Not yet... Actually im really hungry now." she complained.
"Lets just order pizza and wait in the studio."
"Sure."
They went to the studio together and ordered their pizza and and a drink from Starbucks.
The show started and ended.. Shakira was walking back to her trailer. She feel so happy cause now she had an amazing team and she dont feel that she make the wrong decisions. Her co-coach gave her so much tip to pick the right artist. Adam's comments really help her alot. She was still thinking about the suppose-to-happen-kiss. Was she just imagining that or is she the only one who felt the tension awhile ago. She shook her head when an image of A appeared in her head. She wouldnt deny it she has fallen inlove with A.Feeling happy she started skipping.
When she reach her trailer she was about to open her door when she heard a twig snap. She was sure she was alone. She look around and see a man standing a just steps away from her.
When the moonlight hit the man's face she quickly recognize who it was..
