Movie Night (Friendship)

Hey guys so no one requested this but I wanted to write a movie night one. I didn't know what ship to add, so it's just friendship. Anyway, here is the movie night!

Sophie was laying on her bed looking through her memory log when Dex burst through her bedroom door.

"Dex?"

"Sophie! Guess what I made?!" He said, almost jumping in excitement.

"What?"

"It's called a television! My mom already had one but I made a jumbo size one and my mom let me borrow her movie player!" Sophie shot off her bed in excitement. She hadn't seen a TV since she left the Forbidden Cities nearly 7 years ago.

"We should have a movie night! We haven't all hung out together since before we graduated!" She said, hoping everyone could come. She missed her friends.

"That's a great idea Sophie! Let's start planning it!" And so they did.

----------------3 Hours Later--------------

"Okay, so we are going to invite Fitz, Biana, Keefe, Tam, and Linh. We will have it in the observatory of Rimeshire,
and it will be on Saturday, starting at 7:00 pm. I'm going to head to the Forbidden Cities and get movies and popcorn. I think that's it. Right?" Sophie recited, checking each item off her list as she said it.

"Yep, that's all!" Dex said. His imparter rang. "Oh, my parents need me home now. I'll contact Tam and Linh, you get the Vackers and Keefe. See you Saturday! Bye Sophie!" Dex said before leaping away.

"Alright Iggy, who should I call first?" Sophie asked, rubbing Iggy's fur. He was a fiery red right now, courtesy of Dex. His fur was in thousands of little coils, and he liked to chomp on them. She decided to telepathically call Fitz first.

Fitz? Can you hear me? She transmitted, picturing his deep teal eyes.

Sophie? Is that you? Are you in trouble? Do you need something? Fitz asked, his mental voice sounding worried. A quick peek in his emotional center showed that he was worried. All that cognate practice payed off.

They still weren't cognates, but only each had their own big secret left to share. They decided to work on it again when they had the time.

What? Am I not allowed to talk to you without something being wrong? She asked.

Oh... uhm....... He sounded embarrassed.

I'm kidding. I was just wondering if you wanted to have a movie night at Rimeshire. We're inviting all the group since we haven't all hung out in a few months.

That sounds like a great idea! I would love to! When is it and what time?

We were thinking this Saturday night at 7:00pm. Like I was saying, it's at Rimeshire.

That sounds perfect!

Alright well I'm gonna ask Biana and Keefe, I'll see you there!

Alright! See you Soph!

She severed the connection and grabbed her imparter to hail Biana.

-------------45 Minutes Later-------------

After explaining to Biana what movies were, she finally convinced Biana to come without makeover supplies. She had known her for 7 years and still Biana always insisted makeovers whenever they got together.

After hanging up with Biana, she hailed Keefe.

"Hey Foster!!"

"Hi Keefe. I was wondering if you're doing anything on Saturday?"

"Oooh. Is the Mysterious Miss F asking me out??" Keefe asked, raising one eyebrow and smirking.

"No!! I'm not!" She then took the time to explain the movie night plans and told Keefe she'd see him Saturday night.

"Alright Foster! See you there!" He hung up.

"Sophie! Dinner!" Edaline called.

"Coming Mom!" After living with Grady and Edaline for nearly 7 years, she had no problems calling them Mom and Dad now. She ran down the stairs and saw a familiar gray face sitting at the table.

"Sandor?!"

--------------Saturday Night--------------

Sophie leaped to Rimeshire to see everyone outside already waiting for her.

     "Foster! You're late!" Keefe exclaimed as she got there.

     "Sorry! I had trouble picking out possible movies to watch!" She said, shoving her bag of popcorn and movies in Keefe's chest.

     "Oomph! You didn't need to shove it that hard Foster!" He exclaimed, taking the bag and walking off into the house. Everyone else was watching this exchange and laughed before following Keefe into the house.

     They decided to watch Passengers. (Spoiler for anyone who didn't see it and wants to see it) They popped the popcorn and shared 4 bowls. Dex put the movie in as everyone else got settled on the couch. Fitz and Keefe sat on the top of the couch, each laying down with their feet meeting in the middle, (when looking at the couch Fitz was on the left side, Keefe on the right; it was a pretty big couch) From right to left on the actual sitting part of the couch was Tam, Biana, Linh, then Sophie. Dex sat on the armrest next to Tam. Sophie shared popcorn with Linh, Dex shared with Tam and Biana, Keefe and Fitz each got their own.

     About halfway into the movie, Linh and  Dex had both already fallen asleep. Then, Sophie noticed Linh's head fall onto Biana's shoulder. Biana must have been asleep as well, her head then dropped onto Tam's shoulder. Sophie had to smirk at that. About 10 minutes later Tam's head dropped onto Dex's lap, causing Sophie to hear a muffled snort from behind her. She turned her head to see Fitz slide onto the armrest next to her.

     Keefe fell asleep too. Look at him. He transmitted. Sophie turned her head to see that Keefe had started to slide off the top of the couch with his head resting on top of Dex's.

     Sophie started to giggle but quickly slapped a hand over her mouth. She ended up letting out a yawn. Fitz patted his lap showing that she could put her head there. She smiled and did. Within minutes she was asleep. Fitz draped an arm over her side, his forgers curling towards her stomach. He then fell asleep as well.

     None of them noticed when Juline peeked into the room and saw them all asleep. They also didn't notice when she hailed all the other parents (besides the Song's parents and Lord Cassius). They didn't notice when all the parents walked in or when they talked about how cute they all were. They were 19-21 year olds but were snuggling together and were asleep at 8:15pm. Kesler snuck into Dex's room and found a human camera he'd been working on. He took pictures and had the parents put them somewhere their kids would find in the morning.

     Boy were they in for a treat when they woke up.

So I hope you liked this little oneshot. It kinda popped into my head when I was eating breakfast...so here it is! Anyway, please comment more requests for me, I love writing what you guys want me to write, and my idea jar is starting to get empty! Bai!
