'Aish, this kid' Momo thought.

'I love you noona~'

Momo wasn't paying attention.

'Hmm? Sorry, I didn't hear you.'

'Nothing'

Momo was sure Jungkook had said something important. She wanted to question him further.
Suddenly Jungkook grabbed Momo's hand and dragged them out of the gate.
She was startled but went along.
They began walking towards what Momo assumed to be the direction of Jungkook's house.
It was the same way to her house.

'So, do you live far from here?' Momo asked.

She was trying to start a conversation because she absolutely hated being in silence. It creeped her out, and plus it was super awkward.

'Oh, I live five minutes away.'

'Me too!'

Jungkook looked up to Momo with a surprised expression. She giggled and looked down. Jungkook found her giggles so cute.
He took the time to admire her. He loved her beautiful hair and the way her bangs covered her eyes when she looked down. Her giggled would always lift up his mood and day. Her entire existence was like a blessing to him.
Then Momo realised they were holding hands, but she liked it, so she didn't interfere. Jungkook held onto hers tighter.
They walked together in silence, both not knowing how to start a conversation.
It was really quiet, unless there was a car passing by. You could hear the
leaves scraping the pavements. You could even hear the wind if absolutely nothing was passing by.
Momo couldn't take the silence anymore.

'You told me Taehyung was mad at you...why was he mad?'

Momo began, partly to get rid of the silence, but mostly because she wondered why he was mad. Jungkook seemed really sad when she saw them by the gate.
Jungkook hesitated to answer. He opened his mouth many times, but when no words came out he quickly closed it again.
Suddenly he stopped.
He grabbed Momo's shoulders and turned her to face him, and he slowly leaned his face closer. Momo could feel her muscles tense up as his face got closer and closer, the gap between their faces slowly disappearing until their foreheads were in contact with each other.
Momo was unsure of what was happening and felt like her veins could pop out at any moment. She could feel his hot breath against her face, and she wasn't going to lie, it actually turned her on.

'He was mad at me because...'

Suddenly Momo's phone rang. Jungkook quickly pulled away and seemed flustered as he faced the opposite direction, scratching the back of his head.
Momo rummaged though her bag trying to find her phone.
When she finally found it, she saw that she had received a message from Taehyung.

Momo sighed. She and Jungkook continued walking as she texted Taehyung and Jungkook dragged his feet.
They were back to the dreaded silence, however this time Momo actually had something to do. Although, she did feel bad because Jungkook seemed to be upset.

'We're here'

Momo jumped at Jungkook's sudden voice. She looked up to see a beautiful house - not too big, not too small, and it seemed really cozy.
The front garden was decorated with flowers and a swing sat in the middle. There were also garden gnomes outlining the square area of grass.
She looked at the area surrounding the house and recognized it. This was the neighborhood next to hers.
