YOU'R POV

Today I am going to confess.

As I walk back to our classroom, I hear my heart beat fast. I’M SO NERVOUS and somehow excited. I know that, I am really not that showy with my feelings but I hope he noticed it.

I asked him personally to meet with me this afternoon so I was hoping that he would really come, well we always go home together anyway, he even looked concerned about me.

Kai has been my friend since we were children. He's is quite popular in our school because of his traits and his appearance too.

As I walk nearer to the room, my sweat starts to drop and my cheeks and ears feel hot.

“______-ah?” He greeted with a great smile, stood up from where he was sitting and walked towards me as I enter the classroom.

His hair was as cool as ever, and his eyes were as sexy as ever. I don’t know why but all I can describe about his eyes is that, it is kind of mysterious, especially when the sun hits it.

His presence is also warm that I always thought that he was my guardian but, I know he is not, their aura is different from one another. Kai’s aura is warmer than my guardian.

My guardian, an immortal-being, protects me whenever I’m troubled, he only shows up when I'm in trouble, that's why I never got the chance to see his face, so I can't tell if he just disguises as Kai, who happens to be very kind and protective. He is also caring. What every girl wants is all in him, that’s why, I too fell for him.

“_____-ah, is there a problem?” He asks as he bends to look me in the eye and lightly pat my head.

I removed his hands and stood up straight in front of him, he looked shocked too.

" I-I have… s-something to tell.”

“What is it?”

I gathered all my strength and looked him in the eye. I don’t know where this would lead me, us, but, I want to at least give it a try.

“I LIKE YOU.” I uttered this word looking at him, but as soon as I saw him looked shocked, I turned my back.

I don’t think I’m ready to hear him but… I looked at him again.

“Look, ______ssi…You… I mean, I can’t. W-we can’t be…” Hearing these words, tears starts to fall from my eyes. I don’t know what to do. What do I do after this? His words echoed and like a videotape, it kept on replaying.

"Ah... g-gurae. Hahahaha."

"_________-ssi." He hekd my shoulders and then let me lean on his chest as I cry. This is so embarrassing.

“Mian... ( Sorry)" he says as I move back and wipe my tears. “I’m sorry…” he says again.

“I’m fine…” I told him. “Please leave me alone first. See you tomorrow.” I added to end up conversation and make him go ahead. Good thing, he left saying no words.

I walked towards the edge of the room near the window and sat on the nearest desk. I placed my arm at the table, settled my chin above it and watch the sun disappear on the horizon.

“Guardian… Why didn’t he like me?” I asked hoping he would answer, but no one replied.

I hurried home and fixed myself. I looked at the mirror and saw myself smiling like an idiot. She likes me. She also likes me! I don’t know what I could do. I mean, she likes me too!!! But, I rejected her…
