After that night, you had no clue what would happen next. You went to bed exactly the same and woke up exactly the same. You were excited. And terrified. You felt feelings you had never experienced before. You were in love, you realized. You had been from the very start. What would Arthur think? Maybe he had loved you back? You needed to tell him. After you had gotten dressed and eaten breakfast, you rushed out of your apartment. You knew he got up early. He had told you himself. You strolled through the hallway with the beige walls, trying to look at them instead of his door. Arthur's door. Right before you were about to knock gently, the door flew open.

"I need to tell her!" He said, still not noticing you were there. "But...does she feel the same way? Does she love me back?" He picked up a flower from a vase nearby. "Ugh-this feels so stupid but... does she love me? Does she love me not?" He asked the same two questions furiously to the flower, picking its petals off one by one.

"Arthur," you said, him looking up immediately. He was silent. "Arthur Kirkland. I have known you for some time now, and I just needed to say," you looked back at him in the eyes, his cheeks flaring with red. "She loves you. I love you, Arthur Kirkland."
