Harry woke up with the sun. He had been up late worrying about Gil. Where was he? Why hadn't he shown up on the shore? Did he drown on the Isle's side of the barrier? Oh no, no, no, no, no....How had things gone so wrong so quickly?

He pulled himself out of bed and his worries and thought about Uma. The thought of her using magic like that made him sick.

Shaking his head to clear his mind he got up and showered. He'd struggled with the temperature since he had never seen a "hot" option before. The burning water felt good after all the sand that was on him and he felt clean for the first time in his life.

The water on the Isle used for bathing was always from the sea. The clean water was spared for other usage and hot water was something that simply didn't exist.

He didn't like the fact that he smelled like someone's aunt but then the thought of being clean returned.

He looked into the drawers of the dresser and found a whole wardrobe full of clothes. He hated the bright and preppy colors so he chose to wear jeans and a white tee shirt. He looked at his jacket and realized it was too dirty and sandy to wear so he washed it.

Most people would call him a pussy. However knowing how to care for yourself was a must to him...And Uma. A trait they both shared.

After his jacket was dry he threw it on, it looked good. He ignored his hat and headband and put on his boots--which had been cleaned as well. He paused before the door to remind himself he wasn't in the Isle anymore.

Be good, don't be too hostile...Be pleasant to Ben. He did keep you here. He has shown you a rare kindness. Just find Gil and then tell Ben. Before Uma breaks out of the Isle.

He stepped outside and breathed in the air. Flowers were somewhere and so was a baker's household. Breakfast would be wonderful.

"Don't steal it you idiot. Go ask Ben where it is." Harry whispered to himself.

He walked back to the high school where people were hustling inside. People gave him weird stares and he finally saw the fairy godmother. Summoning his leaving courage he walked over and said: "Excuse me?"

She turned to face him and she looked like she didn't recognize him. At first.

"Yes--Oh..."

Harry flinched when recognition flickered in her eyes.

"Do you know where I can get something to eat?" Harry asked.

The fairy godmother turned motherly that instant. Her gaze softened and she smiled.

"Follow me, Harry."

She lead him to her office and she opened up a little cabinet.

"If there isn't anything you like, we can go to the cafeteria."

Fresh bread, cheese, butter and more sat in that cabinet. For something so small, it held an impressive amount of food.

He reached in and picked up some bread and cheese. Buttering the bread he placed slices of cheese over that and smiled at his handiwork.

"D-Do you want a piece?" Harry asked sheepishly. Still very nervous.

"Well sure, thank you."

Harry made her a piece and held it out for her. She took it without hesitation and Harry ate some more of his.

"Have you had any reports on a super strong blonde teenager today?" Harry asked.

"Ben reported him missing yesterday. Told us to keep a look out around the shore of the Isle of the Lost...Which reminds me. How did you get off the Isle?"
"Not very carefully." Harry answered.

Fairy godmother sighed. "Please tell me how."

"...I can't."
"No one else can get off the Isle then?"

"I don't think so."

Fairy godmother smiled. "You are being honest?"

"I swear it. Gil is missing and I don't have time to weave a web of lies." Harry responded.

She nodded. "Alright then."

They sat in silence for a minute then Harry asked: "Is loving someone wrong here?"

"Of course not."

"But what if they are of the same gender?"

She fell silent. She did not looked shocked nor surprised but merely thoughtful.

"Some people here will not like it, most will accept you. No one will directly challenge you or talk behind your backs...Do you love Gil?"

The question shook Harry, did he or didn't he? Did he only love Uma? Or did he only love Gil? Could the three of them be a happy family together? Was that possible?

"Yes...And Uma...But he loves us too...Is it wrong to have one woman and two men married to each other?"

She looked off for a minute before responding. "I don't know the answer to that one. But I'm sure when the time comes, it might be arranged."

Harry smiled and softly thanked her.

"I have to go look for Gil. But thank you for talking with me."
"Anytime you need to talk to someone, you can come to me. Understood?"

"Understood."

She gently shooed him out of her office and walked out with him. She closed and locked the door before heading in a different direction than Harry.

OK, now to find out if Gil made it to the shore...I hope he is alright. Because I do, I do love him so much.
