Daniel's POV
I sat in the car impatiently as Jonah rang the doorbell to Kylie and Rachel's house. We were all going to a baseball game today.
Apparently Jonah was not being efficient enough for Zach, as he leaned forward and held the horn down. It did the job though, since the two girls quickly came running out of the house.
"Was that necessary?"
Rachel glared at Zach as she hopped in the car.
"Yes."
"We have neighbors."
"Yeah, neighbors who already hate us anyway."
Kylie pointed out.
"Can we go please!"
Jack yelled in my ear.
"Not if you make poor Daniel deaf!"
Kylie shouted right back at him.
"FINE I WONT!"
Jack screamed.
Rachel had clearly had enough of the noise, as she placed her hand over Jacks mouth to shut him up.
"Drive, before this one has a shit fit."
I said.
"I think he already did."
Rachel giggled.
"He can be about ten times louder than that."
I added.
I'll be honest, I've never met two girls who were quite like Kylie and Rachel. That was a good thing though.
***
"Tickets?"
I requested of Jonah, who had been responsible for keeping track of our only way inside the baseball venue.
"I forgot them."
"JONAH!"
"I'm kidding, Jesus Christ."
He rolled his eyes at Jacks outburst.
"Can we just go to our seats now."
Rachel whined.
"Yes."
Jack smiled at her.
He was a sucker for blondes, and it was obvious he already had a thing for Rachel.
We had to weave our way through people to get to our spot, and got several complaints when Jack purposely bumped into people. Idiot.
"I'm going to sit next to Daniel!"
Kylie shouted excitedly.
"Ew why?"
Zach asked.
"Cause he's the best, duh."
She answered, making me blush as she took the seat next to me.
"I'm sitting next to Kylie, because you all suck."
Rachel teased.
Jack basically jumped into the spot on the other side of her.
"Obvious much?"
Corbyn scoffed.
"Hey, it's not my fault I want to sit next to the only cool one here."
"Awh thanks Jack."
Rachel cooed, poking his nose.
"Get a room."
I pretended to gag.
As soon as the game started, Zach decided he had to go to the bathroom.
"Wow, great timing."
Jonah said sarcastically.
"I know, I'm pretty amazing."
"Says you."
Kylie mumbled, purposely loud enough so he would hear her.
Shooting her a glare, he was shuffling his way to the isle.
"So... how does this game work?"
Rachel questioned.
"You're at a baseball game, and you don't even know the rules?"
Corbyn asked, astonished.
"I came for the company."
"I thought we all suck?"
"Well, not all of you."
She said.
"She means me."
Jack said proudly.
"I meant Kylie."
Rachel sassed, making Jack pout.
"And you."
She added, directing her comment at Jack.
"Do you like baseball?"
I turned my attention to Kylie.
"Yeah! My dad taught me when I was younger. I actually used to play softball."
She smiled.
"I used to play baseball! I haven't in awhile though."
"We should play sometime!"
She offered.
"Yeah, I'd love that."
I smiled.
Soon enough the game was half over.
We were all currently watching the kiss cam on the video screen, amused by all the awkward moments. The last two people it went on were arguing passionately when it landed on them.
I was continuing to watch, when two familiar faces popped up. Jack and Rachel.
"Yes!"
Jack fist pumped, making basically everyone watching laugh.
I wasn't surprised when he actually kissed Rachel. However, I was surprised when she kissed him back. Like, hard. They basically started making out.
Kylie face palmed, clearly not impressed with her best friends actions.
"You two are lunatics."
Jonah scolded.
"What? It was the camera people's decision, not ours."
"Yeah, gotta give the people what they want, Jonah."
They defended themselves.
Honestly, I figured it would happen eventually, with both their flirty personalities.

hey guys, I hope you liked it. I just want to make it clear this book is purely for comedy, and making you laugh. I hate drama, so don't expect much of it. Vote please!
