Kylie's POV

Rachel was out with her sister for the night, so I was currently stuck at home, bored out of my mind. After awhile of just watching tv I figured I'd text the person who hasn't left my mind since I met him.

Kylie: I need something to do😫

Daniel: do me 😉

Daniel: oh my god I'm sorry that was Jack!

Kylie: honestly I figured 😂

Daniel: I'll pick you up in 5 minutes

Kylie: where are we going?

Daniel: it's a surprise 😏

I was extremely curious as to where we were going, so I decided I would ask again when he got here.

Clothes. I needed clothes. I was still in my freaking pajamas even though it was 7pm. Honestly, this wasn't uncommon of me.

I struggled to pull my jeans on, falling on my ass about ten times.

"Where is Rachel when you need her?"

I mumbled, not being able to find a top to go with the rest of my outfit.

The doorbell rang, panicking me.

"Hold on!"

I called out, tossing on a neon green shirt off the shelf next to me.

I grabbed my phone and bolted downstairs, throwing the door open and running past Daniel.

"Woah there!"

He chuckled as he joined me in his car.

"Aren't you going to lock the door?"

"Rachel forgets her key about 90% of the time, so that's probably not the best idea."

I shrugged.

"Why does that not surprise me."

He chuckled.

We drove until we got to a winding hill, making me curious as to why we were going no where.

"Where's the destination here sir?"

"You'll see."

He smirked, and I groaned.

"We're almost there, jeez."

"I'm a very impatient person, deal with it."

We finally stopped at the top of the hill, and there was literally nothing here.

"Are you going to murder me Daniel?"

I teased.

"Duh."

He rolled his eyes, with a small smile.

"Just follow me."

He started down a gravel trail.

Admittedly I trusted Daniel probably more than I should, since I haven't know him that long.

After about five minutes of strolling next to Daniel, we arrived at the bottom of an old water tower.

"And why are we here?"

"Just climb."

He instructed, gesturing for me to go first.
