Junhoe began to stutter. Well, didn't expect that coming.
I didn't know what to do but to nod my head politely at the two of them.
His mother smiled warmly at me while his sister smirked mischeviously at me, then turned to look at Junhoe.
Well, from the way they smirk I can already confirm that they are real siblings.
Junhoe looked lost while I still stood there awkwardly.
"Omma, I thought you guys will be arriving at 6.30pm, how come you're earlier?" Junhoe asked as he tried to sound normal but he failed terribly.
"Ohh we ran into your Yong Suk uncle who was so kind to give us a lift. That saved us a lot of time wasted on waiting for the public bus."
"And who's this?" Junhoe's sister looked at me for a while and then fixed her gaze at his brother.
"Annyeong haseyo, auntie and unnie. It's a pleasure to meet the two of you and I'm Kim Y/N, Junhoe's f--"
"Girlfriend." He hastily cut my sentence as he stated coolly, but blushed very shortly after as he avoided the two's eye contact.
"What?" The three of us said in unison.
I elbowed Junhoe who was standing behind me as I turned around to glare at him. He rubbed the spot where I elbowed as he glared back at me.
My actions were obvious to his family but I guessed it was just my reflex reaction, I couldn't control it.
"Omo, girl I like you already!" His sister suddenly grinned at me as she stuck out her hand to me.
"No girl ever glare at Junhoe like that before. I'm impressed. Finally someone to hold this brat here down." She chuckled as she knocked on June's temple and initiated to introduce herself.
"I'm June's noona, Goo
Yejin. You can call me Yejin-eonni."
She winked at me.
She's a lot nicer than her brother though!
"Ne, Yejin-eonni." I took her hand and smiled back at her.
