Powers: He can make snow, ice and water appear out of thin air and can manipulate light to his will. Ex; bubble shields, invisibility, etc.
Personality: He can be a real goofball and has a ton of energy that he always doing something, either doing Daredevil extreme tricks for his YouTube channel or helping out Santa in the North pole or if he is in school he will just forget and doodle most of the time.
