Kodies pov.

I rolled over to Leigh sleeping beautifully with her curly hair all over the place. She looked so adorable. I'm so lucky honestly. I got up and I got in the shower. When I got out I took the towel and dried my hair and my body and I walked back into my room. Leigh was on her phone talking to someone. I got dress in silence and I waited for her to get off her phone. "Good morning Ko". "Good morning beautiful". "Guess who I was on the phone with". "Who was it?". "Bali..". "What? We haven't seen Bali in months since graduation". "I know she's coming back home today she wants to hang with the us later". "I'm down I miss her wild ass actually". "Me too".

"How are you doing this morning tho babe? How did you sleep?". "I slept amazing only because I was next to you". She pulled me into a kiss. "What would make you happy right now". "Food because I'm hungry". "Okay food it is. IHOP?". "Yes! You know I live for IHOP". "Well how about you get your beautiful self up and go shower and change and we can go". "Okay I won't take too long".

I was chilling waiting on Leigh watching tv when my phone rang. "Hello". "Hey is this Kodie Williams?". "Yes this is she how may I help you?". "Hey this is Artist Factory I'm calling in regards to an internship from your school". "Yes I applied for an internship there". "Well I've heard some of your music and I'm impressed. How would you like to come by tomorrow afternoon so we can have a sit down and discuss your future with us". "Yes sir that sounds amazing and I didn't catch your name". "My name is Kyle Cole I'll see you tomorrow ms. Williams". "Thank you bye". "Bye".

Leigh pov.

I got out of the shower. I've been feeling kinda bad lately like when I pee it burns. I've been itchy some times down there. I don't what it is but I hope Carter didn't give me anything from that girl. Just to make sure I'm gonna go to the gynecologist.

I put on a dress and some slides and I fluffed out my curly hair. "Kodie I'm ready to go". "Okay let's go then my queen". We got to IHOP and I instantly ordered a hot chocolate. We were waited for our food. Kodie held my hand and rubbed it with her thumb. "So there's something I have to tell you". "Okay is it good or bad". "It's good it's great even. Remember the internship I was telling you about". "Yeah I do.. did you get it". "Yes I got the call today they want me to go in tomorrow". "That's exciting I know you want to own your own record company one day and this is a great step. Plus your music is bomb I'm glad someone else see how great you are too". "Thanks babe I'm actually a little nervous".

"Why so?". "Because what if this takes the fun out of the music for me. Like it might make me want to forget about music in all and I don't want that to happen". "You love music too much for that to happen". "Yeah you right music is life. Once I start making beats im gonna have you come and sing for me". "Little old me.. I haven't sung in a long time". "I know I use to love when you use to sing to me. I actually miss that". "Well maybe I'll start singing to you again".

Kodie Pov.

The next day..
I got up early and I put on a yellow button up with some jeans and white sneakers and I fixed my braids like I wanted it. I put my jewelry on and my grills. I'm gonna crush my first day just saying.

I drove to the record company it's pretty big. I'm actually kinda nervous and excited. I walked through the double glass doors. I walked up to the receptionist desk. "Hi I'm Kodie I have an appointment with Kyle Cole". "Ah yes Ms.Williams go to the tenth floor his office is through the glass doors you won't miss it". "Okay thank you". 
I was walking to the elevator when I got a call from my baby. "Hey baby". I smiled to myself. "Hey I just want to say good luck and I love you and I hope you have a great day". "Thanks babe will I see you later". "Yes you will". "Okay I love you bae". " I love you too bye". I hung up swi got in the elevator.

When I got up to the tenth floor and I knocked on the door. I really don't know why I did that I mean he could see me. He motioned me to come in. I walked in and too a deep breath.  "Ms. Williams it's so nice to meet please take a seat". I sat in a chair facing his desk and I crossed my legs. "It's nice to meet you too". "So I just want to start off by saying that you are incredible. I've never seen a female rapper like you. Your presence. The way you rhyme is exquisite. I want you to work with me on expanding my brand and coming up with new ideas for my company. I know you want to own your own record label one day so I hope I can teach you all I can. I also want to help you with your music career. This is also a paid internship you will be getting twenty-two an hour. I have a former female rapper here that's gonna show you around and help you get settled in your office. If you have any questions you can ask her okay". "Yes sir. But who is her?". "Oh her name is Molly. Molly B".

"Hey Kyle". I turned around and there was this slim light skinned girl with big pink lips and long brown hair to her waist she was tattooed up with braces. I can't like she was beautiful. "Kodie this is Molly. Molly this is Kodie". "It's nice to meet you Molly". "You too. Let's get this tour started".  A little while after the tour we were walking to my office. "So your a rapper too". "Yeah I'll do a little something something". "Well maybe we can work on something Ms. Kodie Shane". "Maybe we can". "Cool well I'll let you get settled. I'll see you around". "Uh yeah". "Great". She said as she played with one of my braids as she walked away.
