The little creature hissed and snarled. He stood back puzzled at the speed of its maturity. "Well little guy your gonna try and kill me aren't you?" He attempted a smile which quickly faded once the creature leapt towards him. "Plan B" He said to himself as he began to move a large cabinet. He slid it to the side louder than anticipated. Shaking his head in disappointment, he removed a panel and climbed in. The little mini morph was scurrying towards him, but he sealed himself in. "Sorry my child." Despondent and discouraged he crawled away from him last chance to impress it. After twenty minutes he arrived at the shuttle bay. This was his plan B, escaping the ship. As he exited the vent the lights pulsed. A tear fell from his face and he open the shuttle door. His head hung low until he heard a hissing noise directly in front of him. His gaze shifted upward slowly. "You do love me!" His eyes saw teeth bared and drool dripping, but all he felt was joy. He smiled ear to ear and as the creature ripped through his stomach blood squirted from between his teeth. Yet, he still had the light in his eyes. As his intestines lumped onto the ground and as he collasped, his eyes could see his love walking away with their now grown child in tow. There were no last words, just one last thought: "She...He?...It was worth it."
