Chapter 4 ~ Detention
As I walked into detention, I said hi to
Mark, the person in charge of detention. I have been to detention so many times I lost count. This is the one of the only places I have so I can stay away from home.
"Hello Elena," said Mark, while I took my regular seat. Yea I come in here so much we are on a first name basic.
I put in my earphones, and started listening to highway to hell by AC/DC. I was doing my homework and drumming to the song with my pencil, until someone ripped out one of my earphones. I looked over and saw Vince with my earphone that he ripped out, in his ear, what the actual fuck.
"Um... you want to not rip anything out of my ear 'cause the next time you do I'll rip your balls out and make you eat them." I say angrily.
"Sure whatever, I love this song and this band." He said completely amused by my anger.
"Hey delinquents quiet down." Mark said and Vince just gave him both the finger without even turning around. A bunch of people, including me, started laughing our asses off. Mark mumbled something like "Stupid Hooligans."
Detention flew by pretty quickly because Vince and I kept trying to get on Mark's nerves. It worked. We would crinkle paper really loudly, whisper yell, or make paper airplanes and aim it at his face. 5 of them actually did and the look on his face was priceless.
As I started to walk home, it started to rain. When I started thinking that the world hated me I heard a honk. Vince rolled up in his red and black mustang and rolled his window down. I just stood there with a confused look on my face.
"Well get in badass" he said like it was the most obvious thing in the world.
I blushed a little bit, and got in quickly.
"Car troubles," he said.
"Try no car at all, I walk everyday." I said a little embarrassed.
"Well now you have a ride everyday to and from home." he said with a voice saying he wasn't going to take no for an answer.
"Thanks." I say a little happy that I no longer have to walk in this bitch of a weather.
I gave him my address, and soon we were in my driveway.
"Thanks Mr. Badass." I said.
"Your welcome Mrs. Badass." he replied.
I smiled and walked into my house and I close the door behind me.
I felt a stinging pain as I fell to the floor and went into darkness.
