The day after

Nina's P.O.V

Right well that happened. He kissed me and I kissed back. What the fuck? Why? So many questions were going through my mind at this moment.

"Yeah but matty why me?" I complained down my phone. "Because Nina, you are the most amazing most beautiful person in the whole world babe" his British accent said down the phone. "No I'm not Babes" I started "I just don't get my life" "life isn't easy Nina. But you need do get over it baby" he said. "I know I do.. thank you matty. I love you" "I love you too babygirl" he said "bye babe" I said "see ya later alligator" he replied and I smiled.

Matty has been my best friend other than Paul since I was 15 and he was 18. Everyone used to think we were dating. I smiled to myself thinking of the memories. My family moved to Manchester when I was super young. Matty lived in the house next to me and he took me into his friendship group and I couldn't have been more grateful for him and his dad.

IAN'S P.O.V

I couldn't help but think of Nina's feelings. I kissed her and told her it was a mistake. Why would I do that? Why would I put her through that about of pain. I love her so much I just can't let her be so broken for much longer. I just can't do it.

"Iannnn" Nikki shouted "yes babe?" I replied. "Can you go to the store and get some groceries please baby? We need some essentials" she said. "Yeah sure babe" I kissed her cheek, got her to write a list and hopped in the car.

I got out and walked into the store.

I saw her.

Nina.

She was kissing someone.

And that someone was.

Matty.

My heart broke.

But she wasn't mine to posses over.

I walked passed them and Nina noticed me straight away and she looked guilty. Like she had broken a law.

"Ian, heyyyy" she said "sup" I replied bluntly "just wi-" she started but interrupted "kissing Matt over here" "it's actually Matty if we're gonna do it properly" he said. Oh smug ass little boy "sorry Matty." I spat. "Look neens I have to go. I'm sorry I'll let you be" and with that I left.

I'm sorry, I guess Matty was there when I saw you and I leaned in cause I hadn't saw him in so long. You've been my Prince Charming forever and I couldn't have wished for better. I read the text from Nina and I wanted to cry because of how in depth she was. I loved her to bits.

NINA'S P.O.V

I looked down at my phone and I cried. I cried like a little fucking baby.

"I'm sorry I'm not good enough for you" I cried. "I'm so so sorry" I looked at myself in the mirror. I will not cut. I will not cut. I told myself. I love Ian I love him I can't let him down.

I grabbed my guitar and started to work on my song I'd been writing about him. He was the only one on my mind

And with that I was cut off by my phone ringing.

And I DON'T wanna answer it.
