Frisk's POV

This world is so cruel. Even with monsters out of the underground, no one likes me. All they did was add to my pain. I was alone in this world, so very alone. A bang brought me back to reality followed by someone shouting.

Oh, and did forget to mention I was hiding in my locker from all the people.

"Oi! Get out here you little coward!" A kid with a British accent shouted.

I sat with my knees huddled into my chest, shaking drastically. I waited it out in my locker until the bell rang. *Crap!* I I whispered to myself, pushing on my locker door to try and open it.

That stupid kid jammed my locker shut. I tried pushing on the door with all my strength and nothing happened. Then I tried putting my back against the locker door, pushing my feet against the wall.

It worked and I got out but, in retrospect, I probably should have faced the other way because I fell out head first, giving myself a headache.

The rest of my school day was the same as usual. I attended all my classes and got paper and spit balls thrown at me. During lunch I got beat up but luckily somehow I was able to keep my lunch. Any time I was in the halls, kids would come up to me and pick on me. They would call me a loser or weakling or basically anything you could think of, someone even spit on my shoes.

Yet, despite everything, I'm still me. Optimistic, happy, determined me. I could feel it, one day, someone nice would show up.

I made my way home, inevitably getting harassed by the kids in my neighborhood, but I tried not to mind to much.

Third person view

Frisk got home and rushed to the kitchen table to finished her homework as fast as she could then pulled out a new book.

It was a dream journal. It was filled mostly of drawings of the same girl Frisk dreamt of almost every night. In the dreams, they were friends and she would protect Frisk from all the people who were mean to her and Frisk would return the favor. She was kind and funny and Frisk hoped that one day she could find someone like them.

Every day Frisk would hope and pray for a friend then stay up half the night and wish on the shooting stars that passed by. staying determined, she hoped and dreamt and wished. This went on for a long while until one night. While Frisk was sleeping, a warm red glow came from her body and a new life came to be.

Frisk's POV

I had school, so I woke up to the sound of my alarm. I turned it off and put on a pair of blue jeans and a blue and purple striped shirt.

I went to walk out of my bedroom but accidentally walked into who I thought was my mom since she had to leave for work soon as well. I backed up and began apologizing to her before I realized something. It wasn't my mom.

At first I thought that one of the people who bullied me got into my house so I started to panic. "W-what are you doing in my house?! P-please don't hurt me! I didn't mean to run into you! I wasn't expecting anyone to be in front of my door!" I shouted.

"Ha, ha, calm down, don't worry, I'm not going to hurt you." They grabbed my shoulders and gave me a happy smile. Once I got a good look at the person, I realized I had never seen them before. At least, not in real life...
