I built a friend

Part 2 - New friend

  This was the girl I always dreamt would be my friend. But, what was she doing in the real world? More importantly, what was she doing in my house?! 

"How did you get here?" I asked.

 "You created me." She said, calmly. HOW THE HECK WAS SHE SO CALM! This made no sense. 

"How did I create you?" I asked. 

"I dunno, you tell me. I guess it was with all your determination." She answered, putting her hand to my chest and leading a red heart looking thing out. 

"What the hell!!!" I shouted, backing into my room. 

"Calm down. I guess I should do some explaining, shouldn't I." I nodded, exasperated, mouth gaping. 

"Well, this is your soul. Don't worry, it's not dangerous but it is the very essence of your being. Your soul has the trait of determination and because of that, you had the willpower to actually create a life form just by the power of your mind. Heck if you tried, you could probably even reset time." She explained, giving a lighthearted chuckle. That calmed me down a bit but, I still couldn't truly grasp the situation. This was all too much. But, then again, if she is exactly who I was wishing for... 

I would have a new friend! 

I wouldn't be alone in this world anymore! 

I grew a wide smile and hugged the girl standing in front of me. She seemed surprised at first but soon hugged back. 

When we let go of each other, I began to think a bit. "By the way, what's your name anyway?" I asked. Her eyebrows furrowed. 

"Well, you are the one who made it possible for me to be here, so shouldn't that be your choice to make?" She asked back. 

"So, in other words, you don't have a name." I asked although it was more of a statement. She nodded anyway. 

"Hmm. I always liked the name Chara." I said. 

"Sounds great! Well then, greetings, my name is Chara." She said putting out her hand. I took it and we shook hands. 

"I have to go to school and you're not registered so you should probably stay here, but hide. I don't want my mom to see you and do something drastic." I suggested. She nodded and walked into my room. 

Holding the doorknob, she smiled and waved goodbye to me. I waved back and then Chara's face was blocked by the door.

Meow's it goin' guys! So, here's the second part. I was planning on not even posting today cause I'm so tired but i thought it would be kinda annoying to have you guys wait like another week. Hope you guys like it and let me know if you're all fine with me updating this once a week or if you want me to start posting every Monday and Thursday.
