Today was the day Shawn got to meet your parents you were so excited but he was so nervous his hands were shaking. "Louise which tie?" You giggle "um plaid" "thanks i'm just so nervous to meet you parents."
"I've noticed you haven't sat down once since you woke up" you rub his shoulder up and down "you have nothing to worry about you'll be fine they'll love you." You give him a reassuring smile and he smiles back and runs back upstairs.
You went upstairs to go get ready after about 30 minutes you hear Shawn yelling "what did you say Shawn?" "I said we have to leave so we aren't late I don't want your parents to think that i'm never early." "Shawn they won't think bad of you."
You get to your parents house and knock on the door, the door quickly opens revealing your mother "Frank their here" she grabs your face kissing your cheek like old people. "I you must be Shawn i'm Mary" "hi Mary" she pulls Shawn in a hug. "Frank get your ass downstairs how many time do I have to say the kids are here" you and Shawn giggle at your mothers comment.
"Dinner looks great Mrs. Y/L" Shawn says smiling at your mom and dad "oh please call me Mary" your mom goes around putting food on the plates then sits down. "So Shawn what are you studying for?" "actually Sir i'm a singer i'm actually on tour right now." "Oh how much money do you make?" "dad" oh yell across the table "i'm sorry for him dear" your mother says.
You decide to change the subject "daddy can you pass me the salt please" both you dad and Shawn reach for the salt, your dad gives Shawn a stern look, Shawn looks down at his lap his face all red from embarrassment. You look at your mother who looks at you and you just can't help but bust out laughing.
