My experience with Automatic Writing

I haven't posted here in a long time, so I figure 11:00 at night is as good a time as any to finally end my inactive-ness on this account. Here's my strange experience with automatic writing where I supposedly talk to one of my spirit guides.

A couple months ago I decided to do automatic writing due to my curiosity if it worked or not. As with anything paranormal, I researched it a bit first beforehand and somebody recommended writing "my spirit guides or higher self" before initiating the session. I sat down on my bed with my notepad and my pen. Then on my pad wrote what the anonymous person had recommended "my spirit guides or higher self" on the top line of the paper. Onto the third line, I then wrote the question "are you here?" To try and get things started. A minute later, it wrote yes in cursive (keep in mind I don't know cursive.) But I still wasn't entirely convinced until it started drawing spirals. Now, the force was heavy (once again, keep in mind i didnt have a tight grip on the pen. It was light.)
I kept asking what the spirals meant and it wrote out "you". At this point I was confused but getting no other answer concerning the spirals other than "you", I decided to ask something else.  "Are you evil?" It wrote out "no". Then I said "What can i call you?" It circled what I had previously wrote out at the beginning,"my spirit guides".
So I asked if it knew what was gonna happen for me in the future and it circled yes.
I can't say what I asked here, because its very personal. But I said goodbye shortly after and it wrote "bye".

well, there you have it. My first experience in automatic writing. Hope you enjoyed. This is a very safe way to communicate with entities, but as with any other paranormal communication tool, you can very likely contact an evil entity. There's no guarantee you'll talk to a light one, but I recommend you address what you wish to contact (" my spirit guides,", "spirits with good intent", etc,.) Remain positive. Remember, positive attracts positive, and negative attracts negative. My next story will be about the strange paranormal phenomenon that occurred in my room about a month ago.
