You unintentionally slammed the door of your shared apartment with your boyfriend, Jaebum. You didn't care if the neighbors heard it. You're so tired to even think and move.
Today was a very exhausted day for you. It wasn't just because of your subject teachers decided to make you take your last quizzes in that quarter because finals are coming up, it was also because of the deadlines of your projects. Your mind feels like it's going to get out of your head and make itself explode. You went to your room, not bothering to eat because you have a lot to do.

You heard the main door of your shared apartment close and, "Jagi, I'm home!" Jaebum shouted. You didn't reply and he started to wonder if you're in the apartment or if you're sleeping. Jaebum then founded you in your shared room, your desk full of papers and things you need for your schoolworks. Your hands covering your face and your hair disheveled, looking like a tornado just passed throught it.
Jaebum thought you were only concentrating but then he heard something that made him worry. You were sobbing, trying to not be as noisy as you can. You only cried when you can't take all of your problems anymore, and Jaebum knows that. He silently went over to you and rubbed your back, making you flinch. He never saw you cry so you hide in your hair while wiping your tears.
"Oh, you're here." You said to Jaebum, smiling the best smile you could give. But he knows you were crying and your tear-stained cheeks say so. "Yah, gwaenchanha?" He asked, worry visible in his eyes. "Ne, don't worry about me. Gwaenchanhayo." You replied, your eyes not wanting to make an eye contact with his. Jaebum sighed, knowing you won't give in. He put his two fingers under your chin and gently lifted your head up. His face still full of worry.
"Hey, if you have any problems, you may tell it to me. I'll help you, I'm your boyfriend, remember?" He gently said, making you give in and tears started to come down your cheeks. "Ahh, mianhae! Uljimayo. Mian mian" He exageratedly said, thinking that his words may have hurt you. He gently cupped your cheeks and put gentle kisses everywhere in your beautiful face. "I love you, I love you, I love you." He stated while kissing you everywhere in your face.
You couldn't help it but smile and cry harder because of happiness. You just saw your chic boyfriend being sweet to you, he doesn't show much affection and this type of your boyfriend is a rare one. Jaebum saw you smile and smiled, from ear to ear. "So tell me, what is or who is making my baby girl cry?" Jaebum then got serious. You chuckled slightly, sniffing as you did because of crying. "Ani, there's no one. I just have a lot to do and I don't know what should I do first. I'm so tired emotionally, physically, and mentally. I just want to rest but I cannot because of my schoolworks." You finally spilled to your boyfriend. You sighed, knowing your drama won't do anything.
Jaebum didn't say anything and that's your cue to continue what you're doing. You wanted to cry again, but knowing it won't help you, you didn't. "Jagi, may you let me help?" Your boyfriend asked, you were surprised. This is the first time he has done this. "Are you sure? I mean, you may rest now because I know that you have a schedule tomorrow." You asked again, "Of course, anything for you, Y/N." Jaebum said, smiling sheepishly. You smiled again, touched because Jaebum wants to help you with your schoolworks.

It was only a few hours when you started to fall asleep, meanwhile, Jaebum is still wide awake, nearly finishing off your project. When he was done, he cleaned up all your mess and carried you to your shared bed. He took a shower and after that, Jaebum slid in the blankets beside you. Your back facing him.
Jaebum slipped his arms around you, hugging you tightly. You turned around, to be met by his broad chest. You snuggled closer to him and you could smell his manly perfume. "Oppa." You called him, "Hmm?" Jaebum replied, "Jeongmal gomawo." You tiredly said, voice sounded hoarse. "Ani, it's okay. I love you so I would do anything for you." He said, even though you cannot see because of your closed eyes, you heard him smile through his words. "I love you too, Jaebum. I don't know what I will do if I don't have you." You said sweetly. "Aww, my jagi is so sweet. Saranghae." Jaebum said and leaned in for a passionate kiss.
"Goodnight oppa, dream of me, arachi?" You said, finally drifting into your dream land. "Jalja, Y/N. I love you." Jaebum whispered and kissed your forehead before drifting into sleep.
