Thanks Pete? - Part 10

Sarah's POV

I get to the police station and go to the front desk. "I have a mysterious note my friend recieved from someone. We don't know who. It just showed up." I say, sliding the note to the man at the front desk. "Thank you ma'am for telling us. We will examine the note and please, tell us if you see or find anything else suspicious regarding this." He says, handing the note to someone else. "Okay, thank you. Bye, have a great day." I say, walking to my car. "You too miss!" He calls back. I get into my car and drive to the grocery store.

Aspen's POV

I wake up and find Aubrey passed out on the floor too. I look out the window and I see...guess who. PETER LEWIS KINGSTON WENTZ THE THIRD LOOKING THROUGH OUR WINDOW. He taps on the glass, signaling wanting to come in. I let Pete in and he starts talking to me. "Hi uh soooo I know your mom and Sarah and everything and I just wanted to say hi but I wanted to do it in a funny way. Uh where is the note?" He says, looking around. "The one that says Read Me? From the stalker? Sarah took it to the police." I say. "OH SHIT! THAT WAS A PRANK. I wasn't actually stalking you, by the way. I just- just wanted to do a prank on you. I guess I took it a bit too far..." His voice trails off.

A minute later, Sarah comes in. "What the fuck is going on?" "Uhh... Soo Sarah It's me...PETE. And I pulled a prank on Aspen saying I was stalking her in that note and uh I tapped on the glass and freaked out Aubrey sooo she passed out." Pete says quickly. "What he said." I add. "Uhhh I have food. Let's wait until Aubrey wakes up then we can sort this out.

Aubrey eventually wakes up and comes to sit on the couch with us. "Uhhh...Pete? I thought you were- uh out there?" I say, pointing to the window. "Well...long story sorta.." He says, looking at the ground.

We sort it all out and Sarah is calling the police station. "Hi, it's me, the woman who put the letter in. Uh....well it turns out it was a prank from a close friend. We can just forget about that. Okay?" Sarah says with worry in her voice. The man on the other line says something and Sarah hangs up. "Sooo we're all good?" I say, wanting to know. "Yeah. I should probably get going unless I can stay to have some fun with you guys?" Pete says, like a child. "FINE PETE. Or shall I call you Peter Le-" "Don't do it." Pete cuts Aubrey off. Sarah leaves and I resume the song. "OOOOOOOOooohhh.... Nice choice of song.," Pete says, eating a slice of watermelon. 

"Pete I'm just listening for PATRICK THE SINIMIN ROLL." I yell to Pete. "AWWWWWWWWWWWWW. I mean he is Patrick but AWWWWWWWW" Pete says in a baby voice. "SHUT UP IDIOT!" Aubrey and I yell to him in unison.
