Chapter 3

A/N : Izzy and Harry are in 11th grade. 

Izzy's POV

*Flashback*

I looked around the classroom for his dark curls covering his forehead. His green eyes usually sparkle in the light. Finally, my eyes meet his and a great big smile is plastered onto his lips. Obviously it wasn't for me as I look behind me and his girlfriend, Nikki is standing right behind me.  I'm so stupid, why did I think he was smiling at me....

I start working on my school work instead of focusing on Harry. I don't even think he even knows who I am let alone know if he likes me. Maybe if I start making myself more known around here, I might even have a chance with him because let's be honest Nikki never stays with the same boy for more than a few weeks. I only have 5 friends, Selena, Bec, Ashton, Luke and Alex and to make it even worse I only have one class with them all and one doesn't even go to our school.

"Ok, Class is over you are dismissed. Don't forget about your assignment due on Monday." Miss Christellian states to the rest of the class. I walk out to my locker to get my lunch then into the cafeteria and then I go over to meet Selena and Bec at our table. "Hey Iz, how was Music?" Bec asks me then Selena adds, "Yeah, how was it, did you see Harry?"

"To answer both of your questions, yes I did see him but he was with Nikki and Music was shit and I have an assignment due Monday, I have to make my own song."  I reply to the girls with annoyance in my tone.

"Is he still with Nikki? I thought she would've moved on by now?" Selena and Bec question me. "Yeah but I bet you she'll leave him soon, this is way too unnatural for her. Usually by now she's had 3 'boyfriends'". I reply with.

As the bell rings for next session to start, Selena, Bec and I part ways to our different classes. As I arrive to English, Harry actually talks to me, "Hey, did you know if we had any homework?" "Yeah we had to read Chapter 4 of Romeo & Juliet." I reply casually not realising that he'd actually talked to me. "Thanks babe." He says winking at me and walking into class before me. Though there were many seats available at the back where he usually sits, he decides to sit next to me at the front. So many things are going through my head at the moment. Half way through the lesson, Harry rests his hand on my leg. I push it off and bluntly say, "Isn't Nikki enough for you? Or has she left you like she has every other boy?" He replies back with, "In fact, yes she did leave me. But I've heard from Matt that Selena told him that you like me is that right?" "Yeah I do but we'd never work. You prefer flings/one night stands whereas I prefer long-term relationships. But please excuse me as I'm now leaving to the library for my free period." I say as the teacher dismisses us.

Why did I trust Selena with that secret, I totally forgot about Matt. She obviously accidently blurted it out then Matt told Harry. I've gotta stop telling her secrets...

Instead of the library, I head to Study Hall where I was going to meet Ash and Luke. I said the library hoping it would hold Harry off till Ash, Luke and I left and skipped the rest of the day and went to my house. My parents were home practically all of the time but they didn't care, as long as I don't fail my important subjects.

"What's up guys? You ready?" I say to the guys. "Yeah can we drop by my locker so I can grab my assignment?" Ashton asks us. "Yeah as long as it's quick I don't want Harry finding me and trying to hook-up with me." I say slightly paranoid. Luke and Ashton start to laugh and then Ash shoves his assignment in my face while giggling, "See I have it now!"  Then as soon as we get to the car, who is there? Only Mister Harry Styles, himself waiting right in front of my car. Great..

"Well, well, well, what do we have here? Izzy skipping school?" Harry asks looking as smug as ever. "Yes I am, so if you excuse me, Ash, Luke and I have to leave now, seeya"   I reply nonchalantly. Then Harry blurts out just before the car door closes, "Just spend one night with me and if you still hate me and don't wanna go out with me, then I'll stop annoying you." "We'll see, come back tomorrow and I'll tell you, unless you already have another girl on your arm." I reply bluntly.

*Flashback ended*

"Well that's enough story time for tonight, head off to bed. If you're lucky, we'll continue tomorrow night." Harry states to Amy & Danni. "Ok, g'night Mummy, g'night Daddy."  They say while running off to their room. Harry and I head off to bed as well but before we say goodnight to Steph and Darcy who grunt in reply, goddamn teenagers.

8:00am – The next day

"Baaaaaaaabe, where are my keys?"  Harry shouts up the stairs. "There in the key basket, I think."  I reply half-asleep as he had woken me from my sleep that I wished was eternal. "Thanks babe, love ya!"  He shouts as he leaves for work. I start getting myself ready, I packed the kids lunches and their bags and made them breakfast and woke them up to eat it.

"Mummy , what happened after you left with Uncle Ashton and Uncle Luke?"  Amy inquires. "Not now honey, I still have to do your hair, same with you Danni. Dad and I will tell more when you get home from school." I reply to her.

A/N : When Izzy was trying to shove off Harry in English, they obviously didn't recite that bit word for word to Amy & Danni as they are obviously too young to know about that stuff ;)
