Chapter 3

Luke's P.O.V.

"Luke, you don't have to hide it, I know you like me." Lucie said, smiling at me and I just ran upstairs to the room I was sharing with Calum and layed on my bed on my front, crying.
I was so embarrassed. I was layed on my bed for around 5 minutes when there was a nock on my door.

"Come in." I mumbled and the door opened. It was Lucie. She gave me a shy smile and shut the door behind her. She came and sat next to me and put a hand on my back. I sat up and faced her. My eyes were bloodshot and had tear stained cheeks. Lucie immediately pulled me in for a hug. We stayed like this in silence for around 5 minutes until Lucie broke the silence.

"You don't have to be embarrassed." She said and pulled away from the hug. I gave her a small smile and she wiped away my tears.

"I'm so sorry Lucie, I should have told you ages ago but ever since the tour started I have really liked you but never got the courage to ask you out."

Lucie looked at me sympathetically and put her hands on top of mine.

"Well, I actually like you a lot as well, but you should have just told me that you liked me."

"Well, I was gonna but I just get really nervous. Like, if you said no or if Michael was not happy with me dating you."

"Aww, Luke. I wouldn't have said no. Like I said, I like you, actually, I like you a lot and who cares what Michael will say." She laughed lightly.

"Well, he is your brother, but anyway, I will just come out and say it, would you like to be my girlfriend?" I asked with a small smile plastered on my lips.

"I would love to be your girlfriend Luke." She pulled me in for a hug and kissed me on the forehead.
"I love you Luke." She mumbled into my shoulder.
"I love you too."

I cant believe that I had actually just asked her out. I thought to myself and a smile appeared on my lips. I just was so happy and couldn't ask for a better girl.

"When should we go tell the others?" Lucie asked me still embraced in the hug.

"We should probably go down now before we either kiss or hug in front of them and they wonder what's going on." Me and Lucie both went downstairs, holding each other's hand.

"Ready?" Lucie asked me taking a deep breath before entering the room and I nodded my head.

"Ready." We both entered the room and the others were playing video games.

Lucie's P.O.V.

Me and Luke were stood at the entrance to the room for around 5 seconds (of summer, what, too soon? Lol) before we were both noticed. Everyone just stared at us and boy was it awkward but Olivia finally broke the silence.

"Hey guys, what's up?" She asked us, seeing the look of nervousness plastered on both mine and Luke's faces.

"We actually have something to tell you guys." I said making Michael smile and stand up. He hugged both of us making me and Luke very confused.

"Congrats guys." Me and Luke got even more confused before I finally clicked on.

"You know, don't you." He lightly laughed and patted Luke on the shoulder. "I was walking past the room you were both in on the way to the toilet and it just happened to be when Luke asked you out so I kinda stayed there for around 2 minutes listening to your conversation." He smiled and I rolled my eyes.
