Amnesia (A Jaegan Fan Fic)

Crash.

*Justin's POV*

I opened my eyes and smiled as I realized that I was in Raegan's arms. He was like a huge teddy bear cause he was so comfortable to cuddle with and hug. I loved his hugs so much.

Suddenly, all my happiness faded as I realized that today was the day that I was going to be leaving Maryland and going home to Minnesota. Well.. not technically home...

More like my house. Cause Raegan was my home. Not Minnesota. Not Maryland. Not any house that I could buy and live in. No. Raegan.

Wherever raegan was is where my home was.

That's why whenever I was without him I'd be homesick and need to be with him again.

I looked at the clock and realized that it was 7:30 and my flight was going to be boarding at 8:45 and taking off at 9. So I needed to get up and start getting ready.

I was about to get up but as I started to I felt Raegan's grip around my waist tighten and I giggled quietly. I turned to him and placed a kiss onto his lips "baby I need to get ready so I can catch my flight." I said as he kept his eyes closed and shook his head 'no'.

I giggled once again at the fact that he refused to let me get up. "Baby!! Come on." I kissed his lips once again and he kissed back and opened his eyes with a sigh "do you really need to go?" He asked me with a frown as I nodded.

"I wish that I didn't need to but I do. But I promise that I will see you again soon! I made a promise to you with this ring" I paused as I held up my left hand and showed him the promise ring he gave me. "I promised myself to you and I won't break that promise." Raegan smiled and kissed me again but sighed afterwords.

Eventually he let me get up so I kissed him once more and got up. As I made my way to my luggage, i put all my clothes and belongings back into it except for my wallet, keys, and phone which I put in my pockets instead.

Once I was ready to go I walked over to Raegan and he sighed "I'm sorry that I can't drive you to the airport..." he mumbled, clearly looking sad as he put his head down. I took my hand and lifted his head up so that he would look into my eyes. "I know, you have your meeting to go to. The one that will decide if you can go on tour! Be excited about that!!! And I mean hey guess what... you can tell me all about it on face time once I get home. Okay babe?"

I said in a reassuring voice with a slight smile as he nodded. I honestly wasn't okay and I wasn't as happy as I seemed but I knew that I needed to be happy for him cause he was my everything and if he is happy then I'm happy too. No matter what.

I looked at my phone and saw that the time was 8:00. "It's 8. I gotta get going so I can make it to the airport baby..." I sighed as he nodded. "Wait, who is gonna drive you?" He asked in a concerned voice.

Just as he said that, Kale walked down the stairs with Jack "that would be me." Kale said with a smile.

"Jack where are you going then?" Raegan asked as he just shrugged "uh I'm fine with anything. If you want, I can go to your meeting with you and we can meet up with Kale afterwords." Jack said as Raegan nodded.

"Okay then everything is settled then." Kale said with a smile as I nodded and turned to Raegan.

"I'm gonna miss you baby boy..." raegan said with a sad voice and I sighed "I'm gonna miss you too rae-bæ"

Raegan and I hugged for a few minutes straight. Neither of us wanted to let go cause we knew that once we did, that I would have to leave and neither of us wanted that.

Finally kale sighed as he checked his watch "Jay, we gotta go if we are gonna catch your flight and that's only if we beat traffic in time." Kale said as I nodded.

"Good by-" raegan started but I interrupted him "no. Don't say goodbye. Say... see you later. I love you." He smiled "I love you too."

After one last kiss me and kale walked out and got in the car. I sat in the passenger seat as Kale sat in the drivers seat. Raegan stood on the front porch with Jack and I took a quick picture so that I'd remember the last time I saw him. "You ready jay?" He asked as I nodded slowly "ready as I'll ever be"

With that we were off.

I looked out the window and watched as we passed each street sign and tree. I didn't wanna miss a moment of Maryland cause it's the home of my baby.

Kale was driving as he started the radio and turned on some music (play the song that Is up there now)

I giggled as I started to hear Eminem playing and turned to him "I used to love this song. And most of Eminem's music." I said with a slight smile as he nodded "yea Eminem has some pretty cool songs." He responded.

We continued to drive as all of the sudden out of no where, A car swerved into a car

That swerved into another car

That swerved into a car next to us

That swerved into us.

In that moment the music that was playing sounded muddled like I was under water. I felt as if everything was in slow motion as a car flipped into ours and I got hit by something.

Suddenly.

Everything.

Went.

Dark.

Cliffhanger!

It's gonna get not so happy and cheerful in the next chapter but I promise that it will get happy again too. I have people who want it to be sad and people who want it to be happy so I'm trying to weigh out the two and give both.
