Ashley's POV
As i walked to lunch i start to think about what John had said to me and i am shocked it must have shown on my face cause next thing i know jessica is waving her hand in front of my face saying "Hello earth to Ashley is something wrong?" Me and jessica are really close like sisters kinda so i couldn't lie she would see right through me!
" John is a shocking human" I answer.
"And who is john" she asked
"John is the new kid" when i say this her eyes widen
"how do you know his name" she asked
"word travels fast" i lied
"yeah okay" she says not believing me but not wanting to say anything
"what did he do that was so shocking you know other than sit next to you in class" she asked wanting an answer
"When i told him the edgy bad kid look was my thing he confidently replied with and i quote then i guess you will have to get a new thing " i say
"when did you talk to him?"she asked sounding surprised
"today after class" i replied
Just then Mariana and her boyfriend come and sit down and John walks up and asks to talk to me alone i reply with a simple "sure" and as i get up and walk away i can feel the girls smirks!
"what" i reply rather plain
"wanna be friends" he asks surprising me
"what" i ask surprised
"look i want to be friends i am new here and i would like to make friends so what do you say" he says hopefully
"sure but there are rules meet me at my place after school my 2 other friends will be there and we will explain them so you in or are you out" I reply
"see you after school" and with that he walks away
