When I walked into class, everyone turned at me. I was exactly 18 minutes late. They already had papers and books and a bunch of notes. And now I know I have a lot of homework.

"Maggie why are you late?" Ms.Terv said in her annoying old lady voice.

"I was talking to principal Wat-"

"I dont care. Take your seat and pull out your textbook and a piece of paper." Why is everyone just cutting me off today!? And also why did she ask me if she didn't care?Today is something else."Hurry up and start writing from here and on. The part you missed is homework so you better find someone that will lend you their notes. You have a Friday test."

I started writing, but for an old lady she wrote pretty fast and you can't even understand anything she's writing.

After a long class of writing three pages front and back( and counting for the ones I missed ) I headed to Ale's locker to meet her along with Jay.

"So. What happened with principal Watson?" Ale asked as Jay played with slime that he made himself, with the help of a Karina Garcia video on YouTube.

"Well. Ashley was there. And she switched everything around from what happened in the morning. Well at least she made it seem as if I hurt her while she was completely harmless. So, Watson believed her instead of me. So now today after school, I have detention." I explained everything to them...well Ale...Jay was still playing with slime.

"Wow. I wonder how much she payed him for making that happen."

"Hmph. But I also cussed. But, I mean everyone here cusses too so like. And she started to cry. But she was only faking. "

"So now you can't go to eat pizza with us at Jo Jo's pizza!"she complained.

"I know but next time I'll go. Okay. I need to head to class. Bye!" I started walking to social studies class where I had a male teacher, Mr.Garza.

Mr.Garza is the best teacher ever! He jokes around and is nice, cool, and funny. He's the kind of teacher that lets you have fun and do whatever. And the best part is that...Duke is in that class. He never talks to me but he's there! Yeah, we still have to work in this class, but we barely do. We always end up talking about the wierdest and randomest stuff ever!( I don't even know if those are real words!)

I walked in and took my seat and took my phone out and faced the screen to the desk.

"Guys. I'm sleepy so you can have free time as long as you are quiet." Mr. Garza did sound sleepy.

I started to use my phone but then Duke came to sit next to me. I felt my heart beating...I swear I even heard it. Then I felt myself get hotter and hotter!

"Hey. What's up?" Okay. So Duke was talking to me and I'm gonna try my best not to mention anything about Ashley.

"I've had a pretty rough day. But you're making it better."
Oh my lord! I said that out loud!

"Umm. Okay. Well umm. What made your day rough?" He asked me but now he seemed awkward.

"I got detention." Wow. So much for trying to stay out of the Ashley zone!!!

"What? How?" I'm not going to tell him. I know my way out.

"I don't wanna talk about it." Haha. You see. I got this.

"Oh. That's okay. So that's it?" He asked this as if he was planning for me to have a bad day!

"I have extra homework too" I sighed and looked at my phone.

"We have the same teachers. From what class?"

"Ms. Terv. I got to class late and missed some notes." I explained to Duke.

"Oh. Well maybe I can help you out. I have the notes I'll lend you mine. We can study together if u want."

"Really!? Yes! I mean...yeah cool whatevs."

"Okay. Um how about at Jo Jo's? Tommorow at around 6. I can pick you up."

"Yeah. That be great."

"Okay. But it's NOT a date. Just...studying."

"Yeah. Alright." I just got friend zoned. But at least we are gonna hang out! That's....good.

YAY! Finally I make a chapter that I call long! Aren't you guys proud of me??? Nah jk! So few things.

As you probably already noticed there will be a photo at the top with the name of the book! A lot of them my sister made for me and I did some too! It will be a different one every chapter including A/N's.

Feel free to make one but there are a few 'rules'.
1.Make sure it has the title
2.It doesn't need to have my name or username
3.DONT use famous people or celebrity's on the photo. I want it to be unique!
4. Make sure it has something to do with the book. I don't want pretty city pictures. It's a somewhat spooky book.
5. If you break the rules I wont put it up.
6. Put your love into it!
