I sighed in relief as he pulled me away from my nearly new deathplace (is that a word? If its not it is now).
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah,I'm still a little bit shaken up but I'm fine-"
I sit on the ledge, my feet dangling off the edge and pull Natsu next to me.
I put my head on his shoulder.
"Thanks to you.
Natsu's POV
What do I do!

Yes do that. Just discreetly put your arm around her waist.
What does discreetly mean?

Nevermind just don't do that! You dont want to scare her off do you?
I sighed and slowly slipped my hand around y/-
*BOOM*
"What I'm the fudgety fudgesicles was that?" Y/n exclaimed, abruptly standing up.
Great job you lost your chance, bud
"Wait where's erza? I told you to take her to a safe place! Is she hurt? If she is just then so help me god I'll-"
"Y/n"
She looked up at me, tears threatening to spill out of her beautiful e/c eyes.
"Erza's safe. I left her with Gray to go and get you and as much as I hate to say this, I trust that I've freak with my life."
She giggled slightly wiping a stray test off her cheek.
We then stood there for what seemed like hours, just looking longingly into eachothers eyes. I began to slowly lean in and y/n soon followed suit and we got closer and close-
"Hey flamebrain!"
I looked up to see a smirking Gray.
"There's been an explosion at the village we found."
I huffed and looked at y/n. As we made eye contact she stared at me for a second and then blushed and looked away.
What have I done?
"We should get moving" Y/n whispered then proceeded to speed walk ahead.
"Great job Natsu. You scared her. Well that's just less competition for me eh?" Gray smirked and walked away.
I growled but followed.
