WHEN I WOKE UP, I didn't have to look at the outside because it was all dark. No light only dark. I wanted to look outside to see a beautiful morning with a sun in the sky. I've never ever been looking a sun or morning.

But I've entered this damn demension just because I've a Xh-minus blood. I missed my mom and dad although I didn't remember faces of my parents. How are they? Are they fine? Are they eating right now? So many questions in my head.

I didn't want this to be a sad story. Back to my story.

I've been here at least 15 years in this academy. I'm not the only human in here, there were few more. I have 2 friends one girl and one boy. I'm 18 years old. So that's meant I would become a blood-bag-girl for the vampires to suck blood from. But I didn't want to but I have to or I would die.

I would never went to this academy willingly. I was kidnapped when I was 3 years old.

"Who is 18 years old, go to the main hall, I've an announcement to tell all students who are 18 years old at 9 a.m." The anouncement speaker in my room said. Uuughh now I needed to go the main hall just for an announcement.

I got up from my comfy bed and went to the bathroom. After I finished do my business in the bathroom, I walked out and changed into the school uniform which was dark blue long-sleeved shirt with a white short tie and a dark blue short skirt with black long pair of socks.

I checked my handwatch, it was 8.30 a.m. so I have 30 minutes left. I walked down the long corridor with so many doors which was obviously were the rooms. When I walked along the corridor, someone shouted my name behind me. I turned around and saw my friend, Elsea.

She was really talkative and sometimes annoying but yeah I liked her though.

"Hey, we can go to the main hall together lorry." She said smirkly while using her chosen nickname for me.

"You know I don't like that name. It's horrible, u know that?" I whined.

"Yea, of course I know about that. I just really like to tease you." She wink at me. "What we waitin' for. Come on" she dragged me with her to the main hall.

"Ok ok. You don't have to drag me like I'm a dog with a collar which you can drag me all the way." I said while she was just laughing.

When we walked in to the main hall, there only a few of them. Me and my friend just sat down in the third front seat. There I could see the student council members in the front ready for the announcement. There were 4 members of the student council-one girl and 3 boys.

This school was weird, why would an academy have not teachers but instead students being the COUNCIL. This was really insane. The leader(president) was the one who controls all the thing in this academy.

"As for room allocation in the dormitories....starting this week all humans who are 18 years old will be assigned to co-ed rooms!" The president said.

What!? I didn't want to move to another different room. It sucks. I didn't like it because I've already comfortable in my old room and there would be a lot of things to bring to the new room.

"Hey! You zoned out again!" Elsea sighed.

"What, wat is the president said?" I asked and emphasize the word 'president'.

"He said 'each room must have 2 roommates . So specifically 1 boy and 1 girl in a room.' That was what he said just now." She told me.

My jaw dropped. Like WHAT?! This idea was ridiculous. I would not agree about this. With who I would be? Ughhh. For the sake of 'breeding' they would constantly hold events to bring guys and girls together....I mumbled.

"For those already with a partner in mind, we'll take that into consideration during allocation. For those who don't, a ballot will be held on wednesday." He said. But some of us just aren't interested in love.

"As the student council, we encourage you to open your eyes and fall in love with that special someone."

What kind of a message is that?

All humans went out and finding their partners whereas I am, I just walked away from the hall. I looked to my left to find my friend but she was nowhere to be found. Where are she? I looked to my right and saw she was already found her partner. She said something to her partner and went straight to me.

Elsea grabbed my forearm.

"Do you already have someone you like?" Elsea asked.

"Of course no! I don't really care who I end up rooming with." I said confidently but inside 'that's a lie! I'm so anxious I could throw up!'

"No wonder you're so calm and collected! If only we could stay as roommates!" She said as she grabbed my forearm and hugged it. So it would look like I'm taller than her.

"Yeah, I wish too." 'You have no idea' inside my head said.

"K bye" she walked away with her partner.

*sigh* This was so unsettling yet I'm still pretending to be tough. I really didn't like the Co-ed room. I would tell what was the Co-ed room. It was like a jail but it had one large bed and the soundproof wall. Maybe a medium closet but it was really looked like a jail.

"Hey Loretta!" I turned to my side and saw the boy who was my friend since elementary school, Leonard. He was really attractive actually. He was 6'4, white face with his black shorthort-cut hair. He was always attracted to me.

"U again. Wat do you want?" I asked him.

He leaned in to me beside my ear and said "You can share rooms with me." I could feel his breath against my ear that sent shivered to my body.

"Firstly, get your hot body away fro me. Secondly, I don't want to share rooms with you and that's final." I pushed his body away and kept a good distance between us.

"Oh, don't be stubborn my sweet loretta. I know you would love to." He smirked.
