"M-mason?"
Dipper knew something was completely wrong. Mabel never called him that, but the pain was unbearable he couldn't take it any longer, suddenly the room became eerily silent then Dippers eyes became pure yellow.

"Ugh Mabel get your phone away from me I'm trying to work."

"But Dipper look how cute you look with the dog filter, I love it's absolutely positively adorable! I'm posting it."

"annnnd done!!!!!"
"Ugh really"
"Yep"
"Come on we have to get to school it's the first day and no more pictures"
Things have been different since Mabel and I have came back to California, for one we are way more closer than we used to be and it's great she's the only person in the entire world that I trust completely. Although the one thing that I miss is the mystery that Gravity Falls had, but today is our first day of eighth grade. 'Great everyone loves getting bullied, okay then let's start my year of torture!' Dipper thought very unenthusiasticly, he wondered maybe being with a certian dorito might just be better than seeing Jax again.

As Mabel and Dipper approached baker Street they knew they were getting closer.

'This year is going to be hell/great'

As they walked to school their friends joined them Mabel was so happy to see Alisha and Chelsea again, you could see in her eyes as they sparkled with glee. Dipper was happy to see his friends again to Mike's house was coming up soon and they were meeting Noah at school so as the five students walked into the school grounds Mabel anounced that she was gonna see some other friends so she was gonna take off.
"See ya later bro bro"
And with a playful punch Dipper watched his sister disappear into the crowd of familiar faces. Then Mike spoke up " come on Noah just texted me he's at the side entrance near gym one let's go!" With that Dipper found himself back into his regular schedule. As the pair got to the side entrance they spotted Noah and ran over to him " Hey Mike, DIPPER!!Where were you all summer I haven't seen you at all?"
"Yeah Dipper where were you all summer?" Mike followed.
"I-um-I-I was at my uncle's ...mys-uh- I mean cottage all summer, yeah it was great they had a pool and everything!"
"Oh that's awesome maybe we could come next summer!"

"Yeah that would be so cool!"

"I-I don't think my uncle would like that but it would be fun!"
Just as that was spoken the bell had rung.

Dipper decided to keep what had really happened over his summer break to him his sister and the town's people if Gravity Falls cause Dipper did not want to rope Noah and Mike into that, he hoped Mabel decided the same for her friends.

"Hey your in Mr Hoden's class this year right?"
"Yep"
" Good we are all in the same class again"
"Great it's gonna be an amazing year" Mike had anounced.

"We'll see about that we have a new principal this year so it depends on how they are, let's hope for the best man." Noah said

"Wait what we have a new principal?"
Dipper asked shocked.

"Yeah dude I guess staying at your uncles cottage all summer you hadn't heard although to be fair we just heard about it ourselves last week a day or two probably before you came back."

Dipper thought that this fact was a bit odd cause they probably should have heard word back in grade seven that their principal was leaving but he shook his head and told himself that mysteries are for summer not school, and with that he headed off to class with his friends.

Once they got in Dipper scanned the class in the front on the right sat all the nerdy comic geeks Marcus, David, Augie and George. To the left of them sat all them the normal people as they liked to call them by the seats were not taken yet since that is where they would be sitting and the back right is where all the girly girls sat Aubrie, Lola, Olivia and Bri sat, they were the 'Pacifica's' of their school. Dipper was glad Mabel had not sat with them, and lastly the left back is where all the guys that were considered a bully or cool sat those named, Jake, Zane,Jax, Hunter, Ryder and Jason. Dipper despised them so much! More specifically Jax, he had been bullying Dipper since grade two. Dipper went and sat right beside his sister and Mike sat behind him and Noah sat to his right, then Mr Hoden walked in
"All right you boogers three hundred words what did you do this summer. GO" Dipper and Mabel immediately turned to each other.

"What do we write a crazy dream dorito tried to kill us yeah that will totally go over well." Mabel scream whispered.

"Talk about our "uncles cottage"  or "Candy and Grenda"

"Good idea bro thanks I'll use that when I tell my friends what I did this summer"

"No problem Mabel"

" NO TALKING"

Mabel gave an eyeroll that Dipper chuckled at and with that first period had ended.

"Also don't forget that for the last 30 minutes of period four you will be attending an assembly to meet your new principal"

A few mummers were heard as the students were exiting the classroom.

The rest of the day was chilling to say the least.

Miraculously, Dipper and Mabel had all four classes the same together their second period was math and the first subject the reached decided to touch opon was geometry, it also didn't help that the teacher was drawing the triangles in yellow chalk he for some reason had, for lunch the cafeteria had a special on nachos, and in third they were talking about the pyramids, finally fourth came around that was art class so all that had happened that period was introductions Dipper being told to try and draw more realistic things and not monsters 'if only she knew' Dipper thought and inwardly laughed all while watching Mable get luctured by the reached that she can't just draw cute animals and color them rainbow all the time.

It was finally time for the assembly both Mabel and Dippers friends had noticed how jumpy they have been throughout the day finally the whole school had sat down and the lights were off making everything pitch black.

Then every student quieted down when they heard the clack of shoes and a loud creak 'what could that possibly be?' Dipper thought the air was dense and he felt Mabel tense up beside him as she grabbed his wrist, and then the tune of horror ran though the speakers of their auditorium.

🎵"we'll meet again, don't know where, don't know when, oh I know we'll meet again some sunny day!"🎵

And just like that Mabel and Dippers school year of hell had begun.

I've been wanting to write this for a while! Also I know just Stan heard the song (shown in video above ^) but just pretend for the sake of the story that Dipper and Mabel know it too! ^w^
