I put down my toothbrush and hopped on my bed to open my laptop.

I smiled and started typing.

You: but umm, I know you don't wanna say ur name but can I at least have your nickname?
Stranger: sure, you can call me gray.
You: gray... I like it.

I left the convo and changed [Stranger] into [Gray].
I put on my pajamas and snuck under the covers.
I took out my phone and searched in the AppStore to see if there was also a RandomChat app.
I found it and clicked 'download'.
I logged in and proceeded my conversation with Gray.

Gray: where did you go??
You: sorryy I wanted to download the randomchat-app. So we can also talk when I'm at school and dont have my laptop
Gray: ohhh okay cool. When does your school start?
You: umm, in about for weeks.
Gray: mine too. But me and my bro switched schools this year.
You: reallyy why??
Gray: you don't wanna know its a sad story.
You: Ofcourse I wanna know. Come on you can tell me anything
Gray: well, me and my twinbrother used to get bullied. A lot. We switched to an online school and then everything seemed to be fine. But that online school got hacked or something and we had to go back to high school. Idk why but the bullying started again this year.
You: omg thats horrible :'((( srsly I don't get that anyone would bully you you're so nice.
Gray: thank you rosie, that means a lot.
You: <3
Gray: I don't want to deprive you of your sleep sooo we'll talk tomorrow?
You: yeah okay.
Gray: sleep well x
You: you too

I put my phone on the charger and closed my eyes....
The next morning:
*ding!*
*ding!*
*ding!*
I rubbed my eyes. Who was sending all these messages? When I opened my laptop I saw notifications from RandomChat.

Gray: AYEE GIRL YOU UP ? ?
Gray: OR NOT??
Gray: WHY ISS YOU SLEEPINGGGG????
You: hahahah someone's excited...
Gray: yeahh sorry about that I'm just really happy. My bro and I are going to the beach todayy
You: nicee, have fun!
Gray: thank youu, what are you doin today?
You: one of my friends is really into photography. He just got a new camera and wanted me to model for him xD
Gray: Soo you're a model?? ;)))
You: noooo haha not really.
Gray: I bet you're gorgeous.
You: Graayyy stop! Haha, you can't know that.
Gray: I know I'm just guessing.. but my brother is calling. Byee xx

I showered, got dressed, did my hair and a bit of makeup for the photo shoot. I grabbed some breakfast to-go and kissed my mom on the cheek.
"Bye mom, I'm off to Jason's!"
"Bye honey."
