Harry Potter looked sorrowfully at the school for witchcraft and wizardry. It held so many memories. Some good, most bad.

As he walked down the familiar hallways he remembered the professors.

Professor Quirrell. He remembered fighting against him and learning he was on Voldemort's side.

Professor Lockhart. Harry remembered how arrogant he was. Then he remembered him forgetting his memories and him living at St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries.

Professor Lupin. One of the only professors who really cared for him.

He kept running the professors in his head. Professor Moody. Professor Umbridge. Professor Snape...

Harry remembered getting a letter this year telling him to redo his seventh year with Ron and Hermione.

 Then,suddenly,everything turned black.

Percy opened his eyes. He was in a room with lots of other people. They were in a cell with a dim light on the ceiling. Everything else was pitch black.

He noticed other people starting to wake up,the oldest being around twenty and the youngest about ten.

Percy counted, and there were ten people including him.

A loudspeaker sounded. The voice was that of a young girl.

"Welcome ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, demigods and wizards. I welcome you to the first annual fandom games!" She announced.

 Words sprouted from their mouths.

 "What's a fandom?"

 "Can we please be un-kidnapped?"

"TINY HUMAN, PLEASE LET ME GO."

 "What the Styx is happening?"

"Can't you do something else on a Saturday?"

"First of all," came the loudspeaker again. "My name's Maddie. You will all compete in a game. Killing is the only way to survive. You may ally yourself with another, but if you both make it to final two, ya need to fight. If you refuse, you both die in long, painful ways."

"That's just great," mumbled a voice.

"How old are you anyway?" Someone else asked.

The boy was ten-ish. He was dark-skinned and had brown eyes.

"Oh, your age," Said Maddie. "Eleven. Well, that's enough stalling. Let's introduce each other! Well, more like I'll do the introductions. Anyway.

"They came all the way from underground. I give you, Papyrus and Asriel," She boomed in a dramatic voice.

Two spotlights shown on the two. One of them was an actual skeleton. He had a red scarf and confidence radiated off of him. The other was a small goat with a green and yellow striped shirt. His cheeks  flushed red from the attention and he flashed a shy smile.

The spotlights started ciricling the now pitch-black room.

"And now, all the way from England, is Harry Potter and Ron Weasley!" Maddie boomed again.

The spotlights landed on two people. They both looked around Percy's age. One had black hair, startling emerald-green eyes framed by glasses, and a scar in the exact shape of a lightning bolt. Percy didn't know how it was exact. Maybe the boy put a hot iron on his forehead that just happened to be a lightning bolt.

The other guy was a red-head with freckles. He held himself tensely, as if he were about to run. Run where? Right into the wall? The spotlights left the two and started swirling again.

"From New York, here's Percy Jackson and Leo Valdez!" Cheered Maddie.

One of the lights landed on Percy, and he suddenly felt self-conscious and he started sweating a little. Then, the lights flew around.

"From Utah and somewhere else that was never specified, I bring you John and Jason!"

The spotlights shown on two people. One was that young boy. He was...eleven? Yeah, eleven. The other one was a teenager around Percy's age. He looked nervous but confident at the same time. How? Who knows!?

The spotlights spun around one last time.

"Next up, from Nebraska, is my dear friends Mike Olpson and Ally Arspelg!"

The boy, presumably Mike, had black hair and gray-green eyes. He wore a plain gray t-shirt and jeans. The girl, Ally, had shoulder-length brown hair and glasses. She had pale brown eyes and was wearing jeans and a cat shirt. Mike wore a look of boredom and Ally looked annoyed.

"Now, step under a tube. One person or monster to each platform!" Maddie told them.

The room was fully illuminated again, and Percy now saw an open door. He walked there along with the rest of the group. Sure enough, there was ten tubes with a slightly raised platform. Percy hurried towards one of the closest tubes. As soon as Percy was totally on the platform, the tube went down. It happened to the other nine also.

"Don't go out until the horn sounds. In the middle will be supplies. May the odds be ever in your favor," Maddie spoke.

Percy got sucked up the tube. When he landed, the tube opened. Remembering the rules, he stayed on the platform. Obviously, someone else didn't. They stepped off the platform, and exploded. A cannon sounded.

The horn sounded. Percy dashed towards the middle. He grabbed a satchel and a sword then ran towards the forest where there was a river.

Another cannon sounded. Already, two of ten died.

When he thought he had gone a safe distance, he looked in the satchel. There he saw ambrosia, a small vial of water, and some crackers in a plastic wrapper. He closed the satchel and readjusted his grip on the sword.

The sword wasn't ideal. It felt a little heavy. But it would do.

Percy had to win. He had to see his Wise Girl. He needed to.

Another cannon sounded. Three dead. Seven alive. Almost half of the group was dead. Percy didn't think any of them deserved to die.

That night, pictures projected in the night sky to honor the dead ones.

The first picture went up. It showed the name.

The picture was of that one with the scar. His name was Harry Potter.

The second one was his companion. The name read Ronald Weasley.

The last one was that of the goat-monster. His name, according to the projection, was Asriel.

Percy slept in the lake. There was a small underwater cave. When he got in, he cleared out the small amount of water. He was safe there. Probably.
