Every day is better with you (Ito and Kouji)

First love

The night before the lunch with Kouji and his friends Ito couldn't sleep. All she did was think of all the possible outcomes that may happen. "No,no,no" Ito shook her head back and forth. "C'mon Ito! Get to sleep! You don't want to wake up with eye bags tomorrow" Ito said as she closed her eyes.

30 minutes have past. "To heck with it" Ito said as she got up. "I'll just go on my phone for a little while" Ito said as she turned on her phone.

For a little while Ito scrolled through her messages. Some from her parents and some from her friends.

She kept scrolling through messages until she reached Kouji's name. She clicked on it and wrote a message. It was just a small message, she wasn't planning to send it at all however since she was lying down. She dropped her phone and it fell on her face accidentally hitting the send button. "Crap, crap, crap! Unsend!" Ito said as she highlighted the message wanting to cancel it. To her surprise it said read. "Is he still awake?" Ito thought. "Damn it Ito, your being such a creep" Ito said as she put her phone down. Suddenly 'Blink'. Ito fought the nerve to message back. But that didn't last long as Ito opened up her phone. 

Ito: Are you still awake?

Kouji: Yeah, I'm worried about tomorrow

Ito: Same, I really hope this goes well

Kouji: I agree, anyways you can't sleep?

Ito: Nope

Kouji: Why did you text me of all people? 

Ito: I-I texted a lot of people! Not just you! I mean its not like your different from the others

Kouji: I see, I see!

Ito could tell he was probably laughing on the other side. She ignore it and laughed along. Soon sleep started to take over as she fell asleep. 

Kouji: Ito? Good night

The next morning Ito woke up early, she wanted to make she she looked perfect. "Hm? Ito, are you up already?" Ann asked as she yawned. "Yes, I need to take a shower after all" Ito said. "But we're having lunch with them, not breakfast" Ann said becoming more awake. "I know, but I just don't want any mistakes" Ito said. "What are you so worried about? We're only meeting new friends, not the president" Ann laughed. "Or do you want to impress a certain someone" Ann laughed as Ito blushed. "N-no! That's not the case at all!" Ito blushed. "If you say so!" Ann laughed. Naru came out due to all the commotion. "Morning everyone" Naru greeted. "Mornin" Ann said. "Good morning" Ito greeted. "I'll cook us some breakfast" Naru said "After I brush my teeth of course" Naru said as she headed to the washroom.

Naru came on and went straight to the kitchen. "Hm, what does pancakes sound?" Naru asked. "Sounds great! I'll help, I used to help my parents with this stuff all the time" Ann said as she rolled up her sleeves. Naru smiled. "By the way, Ito" Naru started. Ito turned around. She had bags under her eyes. "Goodness, did you get any sleep last night?" Naru asked as Ito sighed and shook her head. "I slept late yesterday thinking about how today with play out" Ito sighed. "Here, drink this" Ann said. She handed her a cup of coffee. "This might wake you up" Ann said. "Thank you" Ito thanked as she smiled. 

After breakfast, Ito want to the washroom to take a shower. When she came out she looked a lot better then she did before. "Ann, Naru, where should we do to past the time?" Ito asked. "Hm, I was thinking we should bake them something!" Ann said. "I mean, we are entering someone else's house so" Ann started as she looked down. "You just want to bake something don't you" Ito said as she sweat dropped. "Yes" Ann admitted. "I think its a great idea" Naru said as she brought out some ingredients. "Let's bake some cakes" Naru said with a whisk in one hand. Ann cheered. 

With Kouji and his friends. They were still sleep. "Guys! Wake up!" Kouji as he shook them. "Huh? what man? I'm trying to sleep" Hiro said. "Um, did you forget something?" Kouji asked as Kazuki shot up. "The girls are coming today!" Kazuki said. "Exactly, we need to cook and prepare stuff remember?" Kouji said. "Hiro! Wake up!" Kazuki said as Hiro said. "Fine, I'm up" Hiro said as he took off the eye mask. "I'll go buy ingredients while you guys start to clean up" Hiro sighed as he got ready. "True that!" Kazuki said as he ran out into the living room. "Before you clean up, clean yourself up first" Kouji said as he pushed Kazuki into the washroom. "I really hope this goes well" Kouji sighed.

Soon the guys were finished cleaning and the girls were finished baking. "This should be it" Naru said as they looked at the house. "Ah, how nostalgic" Naru said. "I call dibs on ringing the door bell" Ann said as she ran up to the door. 'Ding dong'. Ann stepped back and dusted herself off. The door opened to reveal Kouji. "Hey Kouji! We made these" Ann said as she gave him a box of cakes. "Ah, thank you" Kouji said "Please, come in" Kouji said. He let them in. "Sorry for the intrusion" Ito apologized as he shook his head. "No, its fine" Kouji said with a small blush forming on his face. 

Ito, Naru, and Ann looked around. "Woah, its so clean" Naru said. "Didn't you say you have roomates Kouji?" Naru said. "I do, they're just upstairs" Kouji said. "Guys! Hurry up! They're all here" Kouji said as the guys came down. Naru blushed as she saw a certain blonde haired boy come down. "Hey, welcome, I'm Hiro, pleasure to meet you" He said as he kissed the top of Naru's hand causing her to blush. Ann wasn't really that impressed. Not long after that another boy with white hair came down. "I'm Kazuki, nice to meet you, I'm a huge fan" Kazuki said as he smiled at Ann who blushed in return. "Let's eat shall we?" Kouji said as he lead them to the table.

They all ate happily. "This is really good" Naru said as she ate. "Hiro made it" Kouji said. "You're very talented" Naru complimented as he smiled. "Thank you" Hiro thanked. Ann and Kazuki were talking about who know what but let's say that they kept screaming over a movie. Ito and Kouji were kind of silent. "How was your trip here?" Kouji asked. "It was fine" Ito said. It was awkward. Very awkward. They had a small conversation until they were finished. 

After their meal they decided to hang out for a bit. Hiro and Naru both taught each other different recipes while Kazuki and Ann decided to vs each other in smash bros. Ito and Kouji were outside in the backyard talking. "You like to plant?" Ito asked. "Yes, I find it calming to looking while I'm practicing a song" Kouji said. "Oh, is it ready? Maybe I could help you with it" Ito suggest. "Sounds like a good idea! wait here while I get my guitar" Kouji said as she nodded. 

When he came back he saw Ito following a butterfly. To be honest he found this really cute. He saw it fly away as Ito pouted. He opened the door which caught her attention. "Oh, welcome back" Ito said "Thanks um listen, I wrote a song and I want your option on it" Kouji said as he sat down. "Okay, let's hear it" Ito. "Remember this is a special treatment!" 

Kouji sang and played on the guitar beautifully. Little did she know this song was actually his confession. She could tell he put a lot of effort into this song. When Kouji was done Ito clapped. "It sounds great! Are you planning to sing this for you crush?" Ito smirked. "Actually I am" Kouji said. Ito felt a sharp pain in her heart. "Oh, really? That's great" Ito smiled. "So what do you think?" Kouji asked. "Sounds perfect, I'm sure she'll love it" Ito said. "Want to know a secret Ito?" Kouji asked. She nodded. "I already gave it to her, and she's sitting next to me" Kouji said. Ito looked surprised. "Is it..." Ito blushed. "Its you" Kouji said. "Would you please do me the honor of becoming your boyfriend?" Kouji asked. "Yes! Yes! Yes!" Ito said as she hugged him. He gladly returned the hug.  

When it was time to go everyone was in great mood. "We had a great time, thanks for having us over" Naru said. "Come back any time" Kouji said. "Well, see you later" Ito said as she turned to leave. "Hold on" Kouji said as he took her hand, spun her around, and kissed her forehead. "Have a safe trip" Kouji as she blushed. "Idiot..." Ito said. They others were just plan confused. "Did we miss something?" Naru asked. "N-no! Let's go" Ito said as she dragged Naru and Ann back.
