Smiles on our faces
Shown behind the glass
A wooden frame surrounding them
Just so they will lastEver picture in the room
Has a smile placed upon it
But does a picture always capture
How you really feelSure the picture may look great
Hanging on your wall
But sometimes...
They may not be true at allSometimes it all a lie
The smiles on our faces
That are shown behind the glass
a wooden frame surrounding them
Just so they will lastThe smiles on our faces
could be hiding tears
And when they are
it's painful
You want to tell someone
To just let it all out
But you're afraid they won't get it
So you keep it all inSometime pictures are just A lie
Hi everyone. I just wanted to say that if you feel this way, Like you have to fake a smile, like I said in the poem it's painful. Trust me I know. But what really helped me was telling someone I was close to and could trust. You're parents are a great place to start. Or grandparents, best friends, older brothers for sister, or even your pets. Just getting of your chest. What helped me was texting my best friends and saying "hey you don't need to pay attention to any of this I just need to rant" and then complaining all you want. But trust me...if you go to your best friends they are going to read every little detail you write and they are going to talk to you. That's what best friends are for. But if they don't care about what you just ranted about, like if they just say whatever or no go to someone els. Maybe they aren't your best friend.
