Chapter 3

September 14,1963

Ariana' POV.

"Ariana,can i come to your music video's set,i really want to know whats it like to be there?"Ponyboy said sweetly."Sure you can,it's going to be near the DX anyways."i said.And then we walked away.

September 15,1963

-At Home-

"FRANKIE"i yelled across the house."WHATTT?!!"he yelled back."CAN YOU PASS ME THE TV REMOTE?"i yelled back."ITS 2 INCHES AWAY FROM YOU!"he yelled."wait what,oh.NEVER MIND!"i yelled and changed the channel.I was skipping channels till a blonde woman said"Are Mac Miller and Ariana Grande dating?".Oh shit."MAMAAAAAAAAAAA!!THE WORLD THINKS THAT IM DATING MAC!!!"i yelled to my mom.Frankie and Mom came running in."WHAT??!?"they both said."SHHHHH!!"i said when Mac's face came on."No,im not dating Ariana,she's already dating Jai Brooks."he said.I forgot about my boyfriend.He's in Austrila shooting his challenge videos for a tv show.I sighed and i remembered about the 'Baby I' music video.It's today.UGH.AND JAI IS COMING TO TULSA TODAY.HOW CAN I FORGET?I rushed to my room to get out of my robe and put on a dress with my half up and half down hair.I got my chanel purse and sheer pink pumps and went down stairs.Clem was there.Damn, i must've been there for a long time.Clem was wearing shorts with a graphic t-shirt.Her hair was loose.She looks so much like me but a tomboy version.And she's older.She had her dad's old cap on too.We drove to the airport to pick up Jai in.I had to put a jacket on because the airport was freezing cold.When i saw Jai,I ran to his arms and hugged him.I pecked his cheek and heared people crowding us.It was the Paps.Shit.They must be here for the gossip.I ignored all of them and walked over to the van.

-At the set-

I got into another outfit.I had light blue denim shorts and a lacy pink top.It was kind of a bra but not really.If that made sence.My hair was loose like Clem and my bangs wer clipped to the sides.When i got out,I saw Ponyboy standing infront of my dressing room."Hi Ariana"he said turning red."Hi Ponyboy,wait how did you know where i was?"i asked."Well you told me,remember?"he said."Hmmmmm"i said having a flashback.

*Flashback*

"Sure you can,its going to be near the DX anyways."

*Flashback over*

"Ohhhhhhhhhhhh.Well come with me Pony and i'll give you a tour"i said trying to do a man voice and putting my arm around his neck.He giggled.His giggle is so cute."Here's the dancing place aka the construction place.And there's the bus where me and the crew dance in.There."i told Pony then bowed.He giggled even more because of my 'man voice'."Ari!!!!"i heard Jai said.I turned around and he was right in front of me.I kisses my aussie boy and hugged him.I saw Pony standing there so i pulled away.I also heard flashes from cameras."Jai,i have a friend you have to meet,his name is Ponyboy Curtis,Pony for short."i explained."Oh hello fellow american."Jai said in his best southern accent.I grined."Hi,um,Jai Brooks,you look so much like Luke."Pony said."Thanks bud,i get that alot."Jai said patting his greasy hair.His beautiful,greasy hair."Awhh my two boys are getting along so well.Well its off to work i go."i said and walked over to the dancing area."When i try to explain it i'd be sounding insane the words dont ever come out right"i sang while dancing.And then i had to sit on a car.They had to put a stap on me so i wouldn't fall and it was a pretty hot  day in Tulsa.My ass was burning on the hood of that car.

-1 hour later-

"Ahhhhh"i tried out some whistle tones before i had to do it."That was pretty good Ariana."Pony said while handing me a water bottle."Awhh thanks Pony."i said in my Cat voice.Because i could.He giggled.He was so cute."Can you get me a cookie,i was hungry the whole day"i said and he nodded then walked over to the snack bar.When he came back he gave me a cookie and he got himself one too."I have a concert tomorrow here and i was wondering,do you and the gang want to go,like backstage and stuff?"i asked him."Sure,Twobit would watch Sam and Cat if thre wasn't any Mickey Mouse anyways."i smiled his beautiful smile and i gave him 7 passes.

-At home 8:00 p.m.-

"ARI!!!THERES A LETTER FOR YOU"Frankie yelled."HOLD ON"i yelled back.I turned off my tv and ran down stairs and grabbed the letter then ran back up.It was from Jai and it read:

Ari,

I love you but...i'm in love with someone else.Your beautiful and all but i dont want to be yours anymore.I'm so sorry.I hope you find someone better than me.I wish you have a great concert tomorrow!

I started to cry.I changed into dark jeans and a floral top with a sweater.I ran to Clem's house and sobbed."J-jai broke up with me"i said when she opened the door.She hugged me and told me to sit on the couch."So he likes someone else?"Clem said patting my back."H-how'd you know?"i questioned."He told me."she said."D-do you l-like anyone from the g-gang?"i asked her."It's Dallas,dont tell him though."she told me and i nodded."I l-like Pony."i said and then i looked down."I wrote 2 songs about Pony."i said."Awhhh go tell him that you like him."she told me."What no."i said."Come on,I'll talk to Dal and you will talk to Pony,lets go."she said after fixing my hair and wiping away my tears."Ok,do i look ok though?"i asked."Uhh sure come on lets go."she said.
