I busied myself with my books daily, I needed a rest. right? I push my glasses up the bridge of my nose and blink a few times, contemplating what could happen if I actually went outside for a walk and not to go to my classes. I could get jumped... It could rain and I'd be stuck out there... I think to myself.
"I'll just get some coffee or something and go to the park." I say to myself, grabbing my jacket off of the hook. I clamber down the stairwell to the double doors that led to my apartment on the second floor. I gave a dee breath and opened one of the doors, only to be met with them slamming right back in my face. I pout and push the door open with all the strength I could muster and finally made it to the extremely windy outside world. The wind whipped at my hair violently shoving it away from my face as I trudged down the sidewalk, against the wind. the coffee shop was down the road a bit so I had a while to go. Someone walks briskly past me, brushing me with their shoulder on the way. He turns on his heels and looks at me, his green eyes aglow.
"I'm sorry" he says, his voice muffled by the scarf wrapped around his neck, just covering his mouth. I raise a hand in acceptance, my teeth chattering too much to say anything. he nods and begins to walk again, turning once more to say something.
"Cas, you should probably go back home. There's a thunderstorm coming our way." he says with a wink. I stand there, hair flying about, eyes wide as this boy calls me by my name.
"Wait... Your Dean right?" I ask, being answered with a subtle nod.
"I guess I'll see you around?"
"Obviously. now you won't be able to get rid of me." he says with another hidden smirk. I smile back and he gives a small gesture as to send me on my way.I nod as he turns around and begins to walk again. Rushing to him, I grab his arm an pull him back to the building.
"Your not walking home in this." I say simply, dragging him up to my apartment and sitting him on the sofa, fixing up some cocoa to last us for a while, leading to laughs shared and plenty of other things.
