here are the most common types of characters. they aren't best to use because personalities are much more complex but if you have a applyfic where there are those cliche characters bc of fun or they develop and show/discover new sides of themselves or apllyeres need to add to their personality they're good. if not maybe try combining two and get a more unique character although this is actually usable as it is. this are the most basic ones based basically on one personality trait or like.
anyway this is begging because all other not so stereotypical slots need more depth.
