"why don't we?"

JackPOV:

when i started to talk to zach, i could feel my cheeks heat up. i really was afraid, but all he could say was 'no'

"so, what i was wondering was...you'd tell me if you were with someone? right? so your single right now..right?" i asked

immediately he answered "if i was with someone i'd be talking about them right now"

the fact he said 'them' made me think, maybe i had a shot... "could we watch a movie tonight? ill kick Corbyn out. he can stay with the others, you need to try our bed, dude its so comfortable" i said honestly i wanted him to fall asleep on me again. really just wanna spend time with him. he nodded while scratching the back of his neck "sure, why not. funny thing...my butt is comfortable on the bed" he laughed and i smiled i left the room grabbed some movies, most being scary ones cause i like them. when i got back Zach was changed into comfy clothes, i talked to corbyn and the others were gonna have a movie night in the other room.

"alright, pick one!" i said jumping beside him on the bed. i seen the way he looked at me and i smiled. i knew he didn't like scary things

ZachPOV:

"how about that one.." i said thinking i was about to die, i really did get scared easily. Jack put in the movie and he sat next to me, i did try and not put something up to my face..but ended up holding a pillow, Jack smiled at me everytime i jumped from fear. a couple time he laughed, when the movie calmed down I slowly pulled the pillow down off my face. Jack chuckled and pulled my head down on his chest and made me feel surprisingly safe. My eyes felt heavy. When I closed them, I wasn't thinking.

When I woke up, it was still dark. But Jack wasn't there, he had left me. So I got up and made my way through the house. Found out nobody was here. its was 4:15 AM and they were nowhere to be found. until i got a text from Logan. 

:hey bud, hope you feel better. the boys came over to my new house, told me you were sick, so see ya later baby face Zach

i sighed, i was home alone. "Jack knew i wasn't sick, why would they lie like that.

it had been hours, i was still alone, i was playing video games downstairs when i heard something at the back door, knocks. three of them, i got up slowly and walked to the curtain and looked out just a little, my heart stopped. it was a clown.. i immedietly turned off the xbox one and grabbed my phone running up the stairs hearing the knocks get stronger. i went into Daniels room and locked the room door, pulling down the ladder for the attic i climbed up and pulled the ladder, i was panicing my head was racing. i thought i was about to die. i pushed boxes on boxes over the floor door of the attic and stayed in the corner. i texted Jack with my hands shaking as i heard glass break. 

Me: Jack, come home. please! somones in the house...

Jack: it was probably just a dream go back to bed we will be home soon.

Me: no please, its only the truth! -voice clip- (you could hear laughs of the clown and some music from a far) 

Jack: shit Zach where are you! im getting the boys right now, hide! 

Me: im in the attic, im scared..Jack its like all those movies

my eyes started to fill with tears, i could hold them in. i could hear the footsteps getting closer to Daniels room and i started to cry. my hands wouldn't stop shaking and my head started to pound, until i heard sirens. held onto my knees as Jack called my name, i could hear the police tell the person they were under arrest. i watched as Jack struggled to open the floor door but he did he rushed over to me and hugged me. followed by Jonah and corbyn. Daniel was talking with the police, Jack held me tight, saying he was sorry over and over again. as tears rolled down my cheeks. "w-why did you g-guys leave me here!" i yelled out as i was still to scared to move. "we were setting up your surprise party...for you 10M on insta (yeah...go along with it lmao) but we didn't think this would happen" Jonah said before getting called down to talk with the police. corbyn left us i guess he knew Jack was the only one who could comfort me the way he dose. "look, you did the right thing, im proud. your not stupid like the people in the movies." he said as i shakingly hugged him. i wanted to feel safe again, like i felt before i woke up to nobody.. .. ..
