"Wake up Elizabeth. You must wake up now! You are in danger.."

Slowly opening her eyes, Elizabeth looked around the room searching for the voice that awoke her. She gasped in surprise, realizing that she was not in her own room but an unfamiliar one.

"Hello?! Is anyone here?" Dark figures danced in the darkest corners of the room. Frightened, Elizabeth hid under the sheets of the queen sized bed she awoke in. She silently prayed that she was dreaming and that she would awaken soon.

Heavy footsteps echoed outside the bedroom door, holding her breath, Elizabeth waited for the sound to disappear. The footsteps stopped abruptly, sighing in relief she peeked out from under the covers to survey the room. She squealed as the door to the bedroom opened slightly. Light filtered in through the crack, giving Elizabeth some light to finally see her surroundings.

The room was bare of anything that would make it look inviting. Only two dressers sat in each corner of the large room, casting dark shadows on the floor from the light that shined through the crack in the door. A small comfortable chair sat beside the bed, the fabric looked worn from frequent use. Looking to the right side of the room farthest away from the door, she saw a large mirror hanging on the wall.

Gazing at her refection, she saw she short black hair sticking out in impossible directions. Her pale skin reflected the light shining through the crack in the door. Green eyes stared back at her, full lushes lips pouted, while trying to pat down her wild hair enough to look presentable. Before she could finish her self evaluation; the bedroom door flew open with a resounding crash. Startled, Elizabeth quickly turned towards the door trying to catch a glance at her captor.

Standing in the doorway was a figure of a man, he was wearing a black shirt that emphasized the muscles in his arms and torso. Black jeans covered his lower body, while his feet were bare of shoes. She felt the man's gaze burn into her face, slowly she lifted her eyes to meet his. She gasped in surprise, the man was drop dead gorgeous in her eyes. His hair was the color of snow and it complemented his sun kissed skin. He looked like a Greek statue with his chiseled features, making him look mysteriously sexy.

Her eyes widened in disbelief, his eyes were the same color as the eyes of the dark figure she saw before she fainted. His red eyes burned with a dark amusement and this mouth twisted into a mischievous smile that almost split his face in half. He spoke in a deep baritone voice.

"So you have finally awaken, Elizabeth..."
