Poor Grace, she had her whole life ahead of her, it turns out she was a secret death eater so she started to fight us. The person who sent the final blow was another death eater, he was convinced that Grace was a traitor. Well she was, but to us, not to them.

So, back to the fight. Everywhere I looked someone was fighting. But the battle that caught my attention was Sirius Black and Bellatrix. I caught them just as Bellatrix had sent the spell. The next thing I knew was that Sirius had gone and harry was fighting lupin who had got harry in a head lock to prevent him moving. Harry did one huge tug and lupin lost grip of Harry and off he went.

Then everything went silent.

Suddenly, out of nowhere Voldemort appeared. He wasn't the same though, this man before me had hunger in his eyes, a cold chill was placed in the room as he glared at me. He lifted up his wand and before he could say a word, there was a cry from the other room. Voldemort grumbled before he disappeared. I looked around me and found everyone had there wands out pointing to the spot where Voldemort had been, everyone apart from me.

Mad-eye-Moody was the first one to break the silence. " WHAT AN EARTH DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING? The worlds worst criminal comes in and all you do is look at him. Even a 3 year old would have a better reaction to seeing him appear. And your a fully trained ohrah!!!"

A bang from the other room cut off mad-eye. He gave my one last glare before running into the other room, with me right behind him.

Just as I suspected, Voldemort was the cause of the bang. Dumbledore had managed to enter the ministry unseen and was fighting Voldemort. Wanting to be unseen by Dumbldore however get Voldemort to notice me was pretty hard. I knew shouting would just catch the attention of Dumbldore so I used a different approach. I found a small stone by a smashed wall, which had been broken earlier on. I grabed the stone and threw it right next to Voldemort. Dumbldore took no notice of the stone, but Voldemort did. He turned to me but quickly glanced the other way as the minister of magic had just appeared. He gave this really weird shiver and turned back to me, this time with his eyes full of sadness however kindness. I knew this was the true Voldemort, the good Voldemort. I mouthed the word wood to him, and he was off, then I followed.

I found him right in the middle of the woods near my so called home. He was sitting on a log, crying. I didn't wait for him to realise I was there as I needed to know the truth and fast.

"hey, there's no simple way to put this but, who exactly are you, are you the monster they say you are. Man, this is crazy, I'm talking to the worlds most fears person and my wand isn't even up! So is this just a waste of my time or are you actually going to explain yourself to me?"

Voldemort gave me a glance of worry and replied "look, I shouldn't be here, I'm just putting you in danger, I have to go, or the thing will get you you."

"what thing, look I don't care if you put me in danger, I need to know the truth." Okay, it may be a bit more like, I what to know the truth, but still.

" Fine I will tell you, but don't blame me if something happens. So, the think, well it sort of mak..."

Voldemort stopped due to the crack of a twig. But the thing that worried me was where Voldemort was starring, he looked right behind me, his eyes widened as soon as the sound was made. I gave one dreadful look, it was my mother. She had her wand up, but it wasn't pointing at Voldemort, it was pointing at me.

"You know, I always thought you were a strange child, but never did I think you would do this!"

" Voldemort, go, I will be fine, I promise." I whispered to Voldemort just before he disappeared. Then I had my mother to deal with.

" YOUR PROTECTING HIM! DON'T YOU REMEMBER, HE KILLED YOUR FATHER. YOU BETRAYED ME!!!"My mum was very loud when she wanted to be.

"look, Voldemort, he isn't the one who really killed dad, it wasn't hi...

" I DON'T WANT YOUR STUPID ALIBIES, YOUR NO DAUGHTER OF MINE. YOUR OF TO ASKABAN, SAY GOODBYE TO DAYLIGHT, AS ITS THE LAST YOU WILL EVER GET!!!"

The people that took me to askaban came in less then 1 minute, they said that I didn't need a trial, the evidence was to great for there to be a chance of me being innocent.

" you are being sent to askaban in suspicion of taking with Voldemort, therefore being one of his followers." one of the people announced.

So I was being sent to Askaban, however there was still a car journey between me and that tower...
