Chapter twenty four

Mangle opened her eyes to find light shining in through the hospital window. Foxy was still asleep, and Shadow and Bon were leaning on each other, also asleep. Mangle giggled quietly, then snapped a few pictures on her phone. I wonder how they will react when they wake up, Mangle thought. Her phone had many messages, all from her friends. "Crap! I forgot about school!!!" Mangle shouted, jumping to her feet.
Bon and Shadow were startled awake. "What?! What happened?!" Bon yelled, looking around. He blushed when he saw that Shadow was still leaning on him. She quickly sat back up.
"Did we really fall asleep?" Shadow asked quietly. She saw a note on her purse that said, "I went home because I didn't want to wake you up. Come to school once you see this note - Dark Roxo"
"Really?" Shadow whispered. "Why didn't he wake me up?" And did they all see me sleeping on Bon's shoulder?
"Let's go to school!!!" Bon yelled, dragging Mangle and Shadow after him. They rode in his car as fast as they possibly could without getting in trouble, picked up their stuff for school, then drove to school.
"See you guys later!!!" Bon yelled, running off.
Before Shadow could do the same, Mangle tapped her on the shoulder. "Do you like him?" She whispered.
Shadow nodded slowly, embarrassed. "I do,"
"Don't worry, I won't tell anyone," Mangle said, patting Shadow on the shoulder. "I just don't know who else walked in and saw that," she added. "See you later!!!" She ran off.
"See you," Shadow said with a sigh.

Back with Springtrap...

Springtrap sighed, bored, and continued to stare around the room. Lolbit had driven Paul back home, and came back with some of the stuff he had asked for. He only asked for his phone, charger, and for homework at the end of the school day.
She is so nice to me, Springtrap thought, smiling. I honestly cannot believe that we had to swap clothes during truth or dare. Springtrap blushed slightly, then shook his head violently. Nonononono! I can't have a crush on her! She is a grade below me, and that would be weird!!! He frowned. Spring has told me multiple times that she has an obvious crush on me. I can't tell though, because most girls act that way around me.

Springtrap jumped slightly as the door opened. Lolbit peeked her head in, then walked in, a big smile on her face. Paul walked in after her. "Hey Springtrap! Lolbit has been so nice! She drove me here, and said she would drive me home afterwards!"
"Thank you so much, Lolbit," Springtrap said. "Paul and my parents are always super busy, and I don't want him to be by himself after what happened with Spring,"
"It's no problem!" Lolbit said. "Here is today's homework, and copies of all the notes I took in class," She placed the small stack on the table beside Springtrap's bed.
"I hope I get out of here soon!" Springtrap complained. "I want to beat the shit out of those Nightmares for taking my sister!!!" He said, flopping backwards onto his pillow.
"Don't worry," Lolbit said, sitting on the side of his bed. "You'll get better, then we'll find them and make them regret what they did!!!" She punched the air excitedly, and Springtrap smiled.
"Yeah," he said. Maybe I do have a crush on her, he thought.

With Mangle and Foxy in his hospital room...

Mangle watched as Foxy lay there, completely still. She put her head on the side of his bed, and held his hand tightly. Foxy, please come back to me soon!  She said in her head.
Suddenly, his hand tightened on hers, making her jump up and squeak.
"M-Mangle?" Foxy asked. He slowly opened his eyes, then smiled when he saw her.
"Foxy!!!" Mangle yelled, hugging him tightly. "I was so worried!!! How dare you go and get hurt like that!!! You had me worried sick!!!"
"I love you too, babe," He said, hugging her back. When she let go, he rubbed his head. "How long was I out for? Did we get them? What did I miss?"
"Well, you've been out for only one day," Mangle said. "We caught Nightmare, but Nightmare Fredbear escaped with Spring and Goldie, and he shot Springtrap. He was in a much better condition than you though,"
"Wow," Foxy said, taking a moment to process. "We need to go and kick their butts!!!" He yelled, trying to leap to his feet. Mangle pushed him back down playfully.
"No way! Not until you heal!" She said.
Foxy lay back down. "But I wanna goooooo!!!" He whined.
"You are being such a big baby," Mangle teased.
"What if something happens and I miss it?" Foxy asked. "Then what?"
"Well, then I can tell you all about it!" Mangle smirked. Foxy just groaned.
Just then, Lolbit burst into the room. "Mangle I-" she froze. "Foxy you're awake!!!" She exclaimed happily. Her face grew serious. "You both are going to want to hear this,"
"What is it?!" Mangle asked. Foxy scrambled to his feet, looking ready for action, minus the bandages and hospital gown.
"Nightmare escaped," Lolbit said. "Within minutes of his capture, a car crashed into the police car carrying him, and he escaped. The two cops transporting him were both killed,"
"Seriously?!" Foxy yelled. "I get shot trying to get him, and he simply goes and escapes!!!" He puts his arm over his face and groans.
"Freddy just found out about this now and told me to tell you guys," Lolbit said. "I am going back to Springtrap,"
"Tell him Foxy is awake!" Mangle added as Lolbit left. She gave a thumbs up before closing the door.

Hey guys! I know, I've been offline for a while. I don't even have an excuse for it this time, but I just wanted to say that I have tests and exams coming up, so the absence of chapter may continue for a while. Recently, I've been focusing more on animating for youtube, and hanging out with my awesome online friends. So will do my best to get chapters out, but I can't make any promises.
