The Hot Roommate

Chap. 1

All I remember is falling and seeing pitch black.

I woke up to see an old couple sitting at the end of my bed, they tell me i knocked on there door and when they answered I just collapsed. They brought me inside and I've been asleep for a couple hours. I smell food and they tell me I can join them for dinner so that's exactly what I did.
After dinner my ex boyfriend calls, I stare at my phone and the old couple *whose names were Janis and Brad* ask me if I'm gonna answer it and I quickly say no, I'd rather not. They quickly get suspicious and I tell them the whole story about how he's a training to be a detective and he's abusive and I never want to see him again, they tell me they will call me if they have any information about him. I give them my number and I get the bag I brought with me and I leave, thanking them for letting me sleep and eat dinner. I catch a bus and fall asleep, I woke up about 5 hours later the bus driver wake me up and asks if I would like to get off, I ask him where we are and he answers L.A. I say yes and get my bag and get off the bus I have about 1,000 dollars with me so I find a hotel and I call one of my best friends, Niella but I call her Leila bc that's her middle name. She picks up and I tell her the whole story and she asks if I was ok and if she needed to come down I tell her no but it would be appreciated if I would have some money so I could get a house or an apartment and she says of course and she says she is gonna send me 5,000 (btw she is Beyoncé's sister so she is famous) I tell her no I don't need that much but she cuts me off and says no no I'm sending you this and call me whenever you need anything. I thank her about 200 times and hang up so I find the nearest hotel. It's like 4:00 in the morning and right before I could walk a guy pulls me into a dark alley with a gun in his hand and robs me blind. Great I have no money and no cloths then I remember my internet friend Sowyer Yorba lives here. I give him a call and explain what happened. He understands and tells me him and his brother live in an apartment with a spare room and tells me he'll pick me up and I can't stay there until I get on my feet. I told him I'm in front of a coffee shop and he knows exactly where I'm at, about 7 minutes later he pulls up and gets out greeting me with a hug. He goes in the coffee shop and comes out with 3 vanilla cappuccinos, then we get in and head to the apartment. We get there and he unlocks the door and we walk in I told him I have to call my friend and tell her where we are at so she can send me some money and he's says ok so I go into the room that I thought was mine and walk in and see his brother wearing a towel loosely around his waist and I quickly shut my eyes blushing bc I'm not gonna lie I liked what I saw but I said "omg I'm so sorry I thought this was my room" he said "oh no your fine your room is the one right next to mine" with a smile and I opened my eyes and say thanks and walk out and head to my room. My room has a bathroom and it's a queen size bed and it's pretty big for an apartment bedroom but I go in the bathroom and look at myself thinking omg I can't believe I walked in on Soywers brother basically naked

After I tell Leila what the address to the apartment building is I hang up and go and see what the plan for tomorrow is. I see Soywer on the couch and Adym in the kitchen I ask what there plans for tomorrow are and they are going out with Soywers girlfriend and I say oh the Adym a says "maybe me and you could go together .. like friends that way I won't end up being the third wheel" I say "ok I'm cool with that" so what I'm hearing is that Adym is single .... nice to know.
