This probably has nothing to do with the story, BUT, Avi sounds really good in this song! Also, Scott's bass is killing it! 😋 Anyways...
Kevin's POV
It's winter and I just woke up to a sheet of snow outside, so obviously the kid side of me wanted to play in it. I turned to my sleeping boyfriend and said the most appropriate thing to say in winter.
"Pssst, Avi. Wake up, wake up, wake up!" "Kevin, go back to sleep." Avi replied sleepily. "I just can't. The sky's awake, so I'm awake, so we have to play in the snow!" I sigh, now laying on him.
"Have you been having scomiche movie nights again?" Avi questioned. "...Maybe...please come outside with me!" I whine, pulling on Avi's shirt. "But it's cold outside."
"But, when we come back inside, we can cuddle on the couch." I say tilting my head slightly. "Mmmmh...fine." "Yes!" I exclaim victoriously.
After about 20 minutes, both of them went to their backyard. "Avi, let's build a snowman!" I exclaim, jumping up and down."Okay, okay!" Avi laughed. Avi built the bottom and I built the middle and the top.
"It looks pretty good so far!" Avi says. "Yeah, but now we need to decorate it. You get the sticks and I'll get the rocks!" I find rocks and put it on the snowman, waiting for Avi.
"Kevin, help." I turn around and see Avi dangling from a tree about four feet off the ground. I walk over, trying not to laugh. "Avi, what are you doing?" "I couldn't find any sticks on the ground so I thought I could break some off the tree. But it's a stronger tree than I thought."
By this time, I'm on my knees laughing and gasping for air.
"If you're quite done now, I'd like to get down please." Avi replies flatly.
"Okay, okay! I'm done. No more!" I reply, still laughing a bit. I grab his legs as he lets go and set him on the ground. When he turns to face me, he's pouting."What's wrong, babe?" "I battled a tree and lost." Avi said defeated.
"Want me to help?" I ask with sympathy. "Yeah." I pull a branch down to us, letting Avi break it in two. We walk to the snowman, attach the arms, and look at what we built. "It needs a hat" Avi says, putting his hat (Not his beanie) on the snowman. "There, now it's perfect!" I say as something hits my back.
I turn to see a snowball in Avi's left hand and remnants of snow in his right hand. I grab snow and throw it back at him, hitting him on the chest. "Oh, it's on!" He yells.
We battled for about ten minutes before we both got tired. I walked over to Avi, laid him in the snow, and laid next to him. "Let's make some snow angels." Avi said
After we made snow angels, we laid in the snow, with a comfortable silence surrounding us. After a few minutes of silence, the wind picked up a bit. Which didn't help the fact that we were both already freezing.
"K-kevin...?" I turn over to see Avi sitting up and shivering. "... I'm c-c-cold." "M-me t-too. Wanna g-go in-inside?" Avi shakily nodded and we walked inside, shivering.
We took off our winter stuff and laid on the couch with a blanket covering us. "Thanks for making me go outside with you, it was fun." Avi said with a slight yawn. "I'm glad I made it a perfect day for you." I said giggling slightly.
"Seriously, no more Frozen."
