One Day

Maybe there is such thing as happiness

   I woke up to my nurse trying to take my headphones without waking me up. I smiled at her "Oh I'm so sorry I didn't mean to wake you up. I just saw you with them in and thought it must be uncomfortable. So I tried to get them out of your ears. But you were laying on one of them. So I tried to lift your head. That must have been what woke you up. I am so sorry hun." She said really worried. " It's fine. To be honest I need to stop sleeping with them in. I did it mostly to drown out noise. It's fine what time is it anyways?' She smiled " It is 8:36. I turned off your alarm this morning. It must have been for school. But why is it for 4 in the morning? Doesn't school starts around 7?" She asked. Oh fuck what am I going to tell her? I can't tell her that I'm forced to wake up early to cook for them... " I take showers every other day so today would my day to shower. I'm sorry I'll turn them off till I get out of here ok?" I smiled. She seems to believe that. Thank god.... Even though I'm not sure there is one any more. "Oh ok hun. Well if you want to take a shower while I get your food you can hun. Do you want me to get anything to wear other then that rob?" Said said so sweetly god why can't I have some like that as my adopted mother? "Thank you very much and I could go for sweatpants and a tank top maybe? Thank you so much for helping me." I said truly happy. She smiled " Your welcome hun, not only its my job but I also love helping people as much as I can. Now what would you like to eat?" I couldn't help it I smiled and walked up to her and hugged her. After a few minutes I let go and smiled. "Could I get bacon, egg, and sausage? I been dying to have that for like 3 months." I smiled. She laughed a bit and smiled at me. "Of course hun. Why don't you jump in the shower while I get your things." She said while smiling at me. I couldn't help it I smiled back. "Thank you very much." I said very happy, and walked into the bathroom. I set my phone on the counter and started playing music and started the water. Finally it got to the perfect tempter. While I washed my hair my favorite song came on.  I couldn't help it and sing along with it. I mean who doesn't the song is That's what I like. Everyone loves that song. Hey, hey, hey

I got a condo in Manhattan

I Soon heard a knock at the door and I got out and opened the door to it being the nurse she had a big smile while handing me my things. I smiled and gladly accepted them. I put on a shirt with a blueish grayish design on it, and black sweatpants. I smiled and left the bathroom with my phone in my hand. I couldn't help but to smile at the thought I finally have someone who kinda wants to help me. But soon my smiled faded when I heard their voice.
